This was the worst service experience I've ever had, and I strongly caution anyone against using them. It started well enough. Eddie did his best to take care of us throughout the entire experience. They called us to pick up our car and they didn't even repair one of two items that they said they would. They still charged us the quoted amount, which was supposed to include two repairs. Upon driving away, three major error indicators were going off on our dashboard (these were not there prior to the repair). After calling to inquire about it, they told us to bring it back and they'd take a look. The manager, Mike, was extremely rude and condescending. He said they'd review the work they did and "see if it was Caliber's fault." He refused to look at the diagnostic paperwork we got when having it looked over at Toyota. Surprise, surprise. Caliber determined that "everything was put back together correctly." Still major errors within the car's electronic components. We were given the email address of the district manager or some other higher-up (no follow-up phone number), Jeff, who never responded. Ultimately, we went to Toyota and had to pay $1300 for the damage Caliber did to our car, after paying THEM $750 to fix our one issue (and ignore the other thing we wanted fixed). Our car was at their facility for many days, and we had to go back and forth several times. I've never had a worse customer service experience (except for Eddie, who did everything he could despite his team) or felt so desperate that someone damaged my VEHICLE and would make no effort to fix it. Also note that Caliber is NOT BBB-accredited. I've heard they're good with body work, but steer clear if your repair requires ANYTHING electronic. read more

My son's car is to low to the ground, and the skid plate was coming loose. I took it to Sun Auto and asked the young man how much he would charge me to attach it. He looked at me and said, hand me your keys, drives it to the back and fixed it immediately as a courtesy. He was so pleasant and polite and willing to help me. I highly recommend this place because most places will not do this as a courtesy and especially that fast. I was in and out in about 3-4 minutes. read more

My check engine light came on as I was leaving work. Never a fun feeling, but I was leaving town the next morning and really needed it fixed. They immediately took it to get assessed, called me with a plan and price and said they could have it fixed. They stayed later than their closing time to get my car done so I could leave on time the next day. They were curious, helpful and fair. I HIGHLY recommend them. Plus, I didn't have to wait with my kids this time, but if I ever do, they have a play area that rivals Chick-fil-A. read more

I have been to this location twice. The first time I had several repairs done on my vehicle and I was very happy with the quality of service I received. I dealt with Eddie the first time and he was extremely helpful. He helped make sure I got the best price possible. The quality of the repairs was top notch too. A couple of months later I was having an issue with a different business from which I had just purchased tires. I called Caliber just to try to gain some clarity on the work I had done by them previously, because the other business where I purchased tires was giving me some grief about an issue I began having after getting my tires that I did not have before. Mike answered my call to Caliber and I don't know if I can express how truly awesome and amazing he was. I told him the issue I was having with the other tire company (it's a popular chain), and Mike suggested that I could bring my vehicle in and they could take a look, and perhaps the issue could be fixed easily. Mike went above and beyond to help me and I left with my issue fixed, free of charge, even though it was caused by the other tire business. He was so very kind and helpful. Caliber Auto Care is now going to be called Sun Auto Tire and Service. I didn't realize this but the next time I need new tires I will go here. I'm also recommending Mike and Caliber/Sun Auto to all my family and friends. The customer service I received from Mike was beyond exceptional. As a woman, dealing with mechanics and auto shops can be stressful, but I have never remotely felt like Caliber/Sun Auto was trying to rip me off. I'll be going here for all my auto needs. I always come to this location because this company isn't the type to tell you everything is wrong with your car for a quick buck. They review everything give you a sheet of paper with all the information you need I got my inspection done today and Andrew was the one who spoke to me about my brakes and how much life they had left and even gave me a quote on my bumper! I replaced the front break pads and rotors on my truck a year ago and the parts cost me about $160 but I installed them myself. I knew my back ones were due but didn't want to mess with it again to save time. I figured it would be around 350 if I get someone to do it. Not only did they test drive my truck for 15 minutes without telling me but they quoted me $716 to replace the back rotors and pads. I called NU breaks and they came to my house and replaced the Rotors and pads for $353 and I tipped him an extra $60 for the hell of it. No communication about the time it will take, the protocol they use or what they are doing for an hour and seven minutes while I waited. I was the only person in the place and 5 guys were standing around when I pulled up so they weren't busy at all on a Thursday at 2:30 pm. read more

Super fast and efficient this is my second time getting an oil change from them and honestly can say they beat the dealerships by time and price!!! The facility itself is super clean! Not everyone enjoys taking your car to a repair shop. You always expect to have a crummy experience and pay an exorbitant amount of money. It's a little different at Caliber though. Every time I go, I'm always welcomed with kind words and honesty! They are very good at explaining things and making sure everything is clear with you. I have had several things done to my truck by them (so much so that they know me by my first name now) and every-time I'm happy with the job well done. Granted, they are not the quickest place, but gosh darn it they are the friendliest group of people you'll meet. They are also not the cheapest place either, but you definitely get what you pay for! I had them do several prices checks compared to the Ford dealership and it was significantly cheaper at Caliber than Ford. Their waiting area is very posh with great drink choices, they have a playground for kids, and comfy chairs with lots of TVs around the place as well. They also offer complimentary rides back to your place if your wait is an extended amount of time. Thankfully, my truck is all set for awhile but i already know I'll be back at Caliber whenever something goes awry again. Thank you to all the friendly and honest staff! read more

Took my car in for brake service as I was hearing a loud noise as if something was dragging every time I would brake. They told me my brakes were good and I still had time before I needed to replace. Three weeks later my brake pad fell out and gave out and activated the emergency brakes to kick in. I could move my car. They tried to explain it as the emergency brakes malfunctioned. Everyone was nice and friendly. But... it took one hour and half for an oil change and I even had an appointment. I didn't even get a price quote until the oil change was done which was 80 dollars by the way. I will never be going here again. Usually is half that price. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

We are a repeat customer and we're in for routine oil change. We had an appointment, our service was less than an hour and enjoyed hot complimentary coffee. They did a full inspection and went over report, the guy who went over the report was very informative, not pushy for added services. Great service from beginning to end!
