Won't even answer the phone to take an order. What a lousy business. I called an insane amount of times over an hour. No one answered.

This use to be my favorite Giovannis but this is the 4th pizza that barely has any sauce on it. The pizza looks like it was rubbed over the sauce. Yes, everyone loves cheese but geez! Your sauce is why I get a Giovannis pizza instead of a Pizza Hut or Dominos pizza. read more

Extremely rude store manager who greeted me with an attitude and then proceeded to look up my family members social media accounts and send them messages making up complete lies about our interaction. When I reached out to their general manager he didn't seem to mind at all. The building smells horrible of cigarette smoke so you know they're smoking those nasty things in that tiny building where they're preparing pizza. read more

Oh my goodness, this buffet is so nasty. We got there right when the buffet started and it still was not good. The noodles were over cooked and fell apart in your mouth, the pizza was extremely wet and soggy on the bottom and the whole thing fell apart. This buffet is extremely expensive for what you get. Love Giovanni's and used to live in the area so I ordered one for pickup close to my hotel, even thought this location had crappy reviews most were related to the buffet anyway. Told there would be a 45 min wait. Arrived and waited 10 mins in line only to be told there was no pizza for me, I must have called the wrong location. I asked the number and showed on my phone that was the one I dialed. They took another look and told me no pizza that I had ordered - not even with someone else's name on it. Told me it would be 45 min again. Total lack of interest or responsibility in their screwup. read more

The staff are extremely rude and argumentative. I called to ask to speak with the manager about my order. The lady I spoke to first was extremely nice and was offering me to void my order due to the incorrect order and no satisfaction When she put me on hold to speak with her manager. The "lead" team member got on the phone and started to question me and argue with me about what I was unhappy about. She was even very inappropriate when she called me, "sweetie". I immediately hung up and when I tried to call back and the "lead" team member answered the phone. She was extremely rude and should never work in customer service. I needed to speak with the manager and she did not want me speaking to them. I do not recommend this place. And it will be known. read more

The pizza was pretty good, sweet tea was off and the restaurant was dank and in need of renovation.

Ate at the evening buffet which included spaghetti and Fettuccini with a variety of sauce choices, baked spaghetti, garlic bread, an ample number (8 or so) of pizzas to choose from, pizza BLT sandwich, steak sandwich and desserts. My kids were very pleased with the Fettuccini and cheese bread. I found the spaghetti with meat sauce and baked spaghetti to have odd spices/flavor for my liking and stuck to the pizza which had a great robust flavor. The sandwiches were decent for a local pizza joint. The pepperoni and hamburger pizza was my favorite though. The cinnamon and sugar dessert pizza was a hit with the kids and seemed to disappear quickly everytime it was brought out. If I went back I would probably just order the pizza I like off the menu and save on the cost of the buffet ($7.98/person). read more

We recently ordered a pizza from Giovannis at the Canonsburg location in Ashland, ky. For my son's birthday. We ordered the party special and I picked it up before the birthday party. Upon arriving at the birthday party and bringing out the pizza it was very disappointing. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and barely any cheese or bacon. The toppings were so thin that you could see the crust showing where the cheese should be. There may have been the equivalent of 1 strip of bacon. It looked like we just ordered a tomato sauce pizza. We usually get the party special every couple of weeks or so with satisfaction. I don't know if you have changed topping portions or have a new crew, but with the quality of the pizza we got we will probably be going to papa John's next time. read more
