She really made us feel welcomed as customers and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I wish we could clone her to work at every single restaurant in America. I also got a steak & cheese sub that was nothing to sneeze at either! I ordered pizza and pasta through uber eats. The food arrived without the pizza. The driver advised that the person working the desk was "super stressed" and that she confirmed this was the complete order. I called the restaurant twice and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes - they never picked up after rudely telling me to hold. I drove up to the restaurant and explained what happened. The lady working the desk handed me the pizza and blamed the uber driver. She failed to even acknowledge that I just drove up to the store when I paid for delivery or that my pizza had been sitting there for over 15 minutes. She did not even apologize. When I told her that I called and was on hold she stated that they were "slammed." There was only one family in front of me who ordered take out and two people eating in the restaurant. The food is good but unfortunately, I will not return due to the poor customer service. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

I had a hankering for a calzone. Having gotten a VERY disappointing one last week from SLYCE, I was praying this one would be better. The good lord or his son were listening because Giuseppe's DELIVERED (not literally, I walked over to pick it up). The dough was flavorful a little crisp on the outside with a nice chew and not soggy or dry. The ricotta and mozzarella were abundant, and the Italian sausage I requested was flavorful and generous in portion, and the marinara was flavorful albeit slightly sweet (I added some crushed red pepper). Only suggestion here would be add some hot capicola as an option. I got my wife the Sicilian with cheese and while she's usually unimpressed, she declared it was delicious. To go service was on point from the phone call to when I headed out. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. This will be my go to from now on. Screw with fancy places! read more

We ordered the Deluxe pizza and garlic knots with garlic butter and marinara and it was BOMB! The crust on the pizza had a light crunch and still soft on the inside. It was incredible! The garlic knots had a yummy seasoning with herby garlicky goodness on the bottom! We had it delivered and spending the night in watching football. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pizza was great! Also a really nice ambiance inside would 100% recommend!

There was a sign on the door saying they were short staffed and to be patient. The service was very fast and really good. We ordered 2 pizzas. Both were really good. The crust had the perfect snap and the edges were really good. I don't generally eat the edge but I did this time. We expected to take lots of leftovers home but we ate most of our pizza. Complete ripoff. The prices on the online menu were wrong and we were charged $36 for a large pizza with 5 toppings. They said: "oh, next time order it this way," but did *nothing* to compensate for the discrepancy between the online menu and their new, exorbitant prices ($3.50 per topping). I'll never go back. It was overall ok. We were visiting the area on vacation and heard lots of good things about the food here. I will say, the pizza is as good as people say it is. I can't tell if the pizza sauce is sweet or the onions from our pepperoni and onion pizza were sweet. Because of the unexpected sweetness that accompanied the pizza, I wasn't too happy with it. We also ordered the wings. Our waitress warned us that the wings were precooked and that the restaurant tosses them in the oven before serving them. Well, we could definitely tell. The wings weren't soggy per se, but they had a soggy texture to them; they would have been a lot better if the skin on the wings were harder/crispier. Or, buy some wings that they can fry instead. My dad really enjoyed the pizza and he's from New York. If we're in the area again, we might stop in again, but not order the wings again lol. read more

FAN-freaking-tastic spot. We had some absolutely delicious food and service here while staying at a resort down the street for a work conference. We walked into this small joint and discovered only 6 tables inside, but luckily we were early enough that there was only 1 other spot taken. We ordered an appetizer of cheesy garlic bread and a small pizza to share between 2 people. I needed to run to the restroom after ordering, so upon heading back down the hallway found the men's restroom uncomfortably settled in the far back, under some piping, and in a tiny room that was 4000 degrees. Other than that, the rest of the experience was nothing short of magical. The cheesy garlic bread app was out extremely quickly, and was one of the single, best garlic breads I've ever had. The order was only $4 and the portion size was HUGE. It also came with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Simply DElicious. The pizza also came out quickly and was very hot, fresh, and superbly flavored. The crust was a perfect, foldable size of standard NY-style slices, the toppings were fresh and crunchy, and the cheese was super tasty. Just the right amount of sauce to toppings ratio, and the parmesan and chili flakes added a little punch of flavor and heat to these tasty bites.
