The Vito was a lesson in the art of making a sandwich. Proportions and ingredients in perfect harmony. From the razor thin red onions and banana peppers to the quality of the constituents and the perfect order placement of the items. It was truly a masterful composition. She would make an appearance to drop off menus, then take off for 10 minutes. She would return to do take our order and quickly disappear.
