Yes!! Been here twice, both times I got stellar service! First visit my laptop wouldn't connect to the Internet (connected to the router just fine). I left it for diagnosis - got a call 15 minutes later with diagnosis, quick solution, and reasonable price! Second visit my laptop keyboard ribbon cable wouldn't connect, so I took it in. I was visiting and, yes, my mac laptop decides it will not boot up. Uggg. Called these guys late Sun night, got a call back Mon morning, and dropped my computer off 15 mins after they opened. They were so knowledge and the customer service was great. The computer had seen its better days, so they gave me advice on next steps, and let me know what made financial sense and what did not. In a word, they were everything you would want a computer repair service to be. Top notch, hence the 5-star rating. PS I am an educational technologist, so I know at least enough to know what I know and what I don't. read more

Well the reason I'm only giving 1 star, is my sons screen broke so they replaced that, but for some reason the battery started to boil up and force the cover to Not fully cover the phone and yeah the screen got broken. They replaced the battery as Somehow that was under the 'Warranty' but would not fix the cracked screen again saying it was not covered under the warranty! Why would a battery be under Warranty when all we took the phone in for was to a repair a screen? Thinking they took the original battery out and put some random in there... Now they wont fix the screen. Also the guy at the counter Beltched super loud rite in my mother's face and said 'well were just guys that work in here' my mom said 'Well I'm a customer!' So needless to say they will Not be getting my business nor any of my family or friends. They have also been quite rude to me on the phone several times! I'm not happy with this company nor their employees. read more

The worst service imaginable. I purchased a damaged mouse from what appears to be this bong-shop slash "computer repair place." Zero apologies when I had to drive back 30 minutes to have a damaged mouse replaced with another semi-defective mouse. Ridiculous prices and terrible attitudes. He has come out on a service call and helped correct problems with my Smart Phone, flip phone, and television.
