George came over today to pressure wash moss that had been growing on the roof. George is very friendly, and he and his team are super efficient at what they do. He showed me before and after photos of what the roof looked like, it looked almost brand new! I'll definitely call on him in the future. read more

George and his crew did an amazing job on my 4 story home. He was able to strip down my rooftop wooden deck, my balconies and the siding of my house. His rig is very powerful with multiple hoses. He and his two assistants went above and beyond by taking care to not let the hoses rub against the house or railings, hitting some extra spots that they saw, cleaning the gutters and making sure all the walls were rinsed down to remove debris, even the neighbors where some leaves had stuck. All that at a very competitive price. Could not recommend him more. read more

An updated review based on GK's response to Mr. Buchanan on Google Reviews: I do not recommend GK Industries to anybody. They claimed that power cleaning is a two step process. If it was, our unit would have been pristine within the day they came to "clean" it. It does not take more than five days to complete your "two step process." If you think layers of mud and dirt and broken glass from someone magically pointing the power washer up to hit the light bulb is considered part of the cleaning process, reassess the capability of those you hire. Somehow, our welcome mat was the only one kicked down the walkway while all the others were left in their places. Was the "second step" to clean our unit up missed? It was left in this condition for almost an entire week and, thankfully, our apartment complex maintenance staff cleaned up GK's deplorable mess, since their two step process apparently doesn't exist. The end result was that the porch area of our unit was dirtier than prior to this power "cleaning," as layers of mud and dirt were left behind to cake up and dry by these "professional" power washers. I do hope that our complex never does business with you again. read more

George came by on short notice and even fixed the problem on our gutters right away! He gave us some great solutions to keep this from happening again, and will be providing us an estimate. George and his crew are uh-maze-ing lol we had GK clean out all the gutters on our property (17 buildings) and they took care of the carports at no extra cost!!! they did such a good job i had them come back and pressure wash all of our dumpster areas! we had grease, stains and i don't even know what lol it was no problem for George and his team! i use a wide variety of vendors and contractors and GK is by far one of the easiest to work with!!! they are on time and affordable they always do a great job!!! thanks George!!! you the best!!! read more

GK Industries has been servicing my storefront (a candy/ice cream shop) for several years now. They provide a monthly steam cleaning to the walkways, stairs, and handicap access each month for a reasonable cost. It is so nice to show up in the morning and have it nice and clean. Also they use a recapture system to keep debris from the storm drains. They are friendly & dependable. I would not even consider another vendor. Thanks GK! read more

GK industries are a nightmare and came to our apartment complex and left this mess. GK sprayed a power washer at the glass around the light on our patio and left the pictured mess below. Instead of taking responsibility for the mess, GK left without saying a word to the complex's management and now I am working with the complex to see if they can have my patio cleaned by their own staff. It was spotless before GK Industries arrived and I come home to glass, trash, debris, and mud on my patio. Rather than cleaning it, the company decided to spray directly at the mud surrounding my fence spraying it into my patio. Who does this? It's pitiful that they were even paid at all. They threw my welcome mat down the walkway and left it there? How can they even consider themselves worth business? My patio was spotless before they arrived and my complex was trying to do a nice thing by cleaning the outside of our building but hopefully they never hire these goons again. read more

GK Inudstries brought their top-notch team to my 4-plex and left the place looking brand new. They pressure washed the buildings, walkways and carports, and made sure the gutters were flowing perfectly. As a bonus they cleaned our windows making the building look brand new. I admit, I'm not one to usually write yelp reviews, but I received such exceptional service I felt compelled to do so. Gk Industries was absolutely wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I had another company come out to clean my gutters years ago and I thought they shouldn't be in that bad of shape. After the cleaning, I saw so much construction materials in my gutter that's been clogging up my drains for so many years. Gk went up to each drain to make sure it was completely cleared and even provided before and after pics for me to see. They even went above and beyond by clearing the leaves on my patio and cleaned moss that was growing on my roof. They did all this with the most positive and friendly demeanor.
