From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding--the crew was friendly, professional, and made customers feel truly welcome and well cared for. My flight was originally scheduled for 7:45 a.m., but due to foggy weather, it was cancelled and I was rebooked on the 8:30 a.m. flight. Carlos calmly and gently explained the situation and reassured me that I would have a seat on the next flight. His calm, friendly approach made the situation stress-free and left me feeling confident and well supported. Bravo to staff Shana and Carlos, and to pilot Captain Jarred for their professionalism and excellent service. The flight itself was smooth, steady, and very comfortable, with beautiful views along the way. It was a memorable and stress-free way to travel, especially on such a busy holiday. I declined the offer and requested to be refunded so I could book another flight and they said they could only offer a credit. Even though I had to pay out of pocket for a new flight with another airline. After asking for the refund request to be escalated to someone higher I did get the approval for a refund, however keep this in mind if you book with this company.

The customer service, pilot, and seaplanes experience has been excellent. I understand that they're a small family operation - and they manage to run everything very smoothly. I purchased a round-trip trip ticket and was refunded the same day, after I called and spoke with customer service right away, they found me a spot and I was able to rebook my flight. I believe the best strategy is to book your flights in advance and once booked, give them a call to confirm your flight details. I will definitely call them before my flight to reconfirm - however, I had absolutely no issues with boarding or having my name on the list before. My experiences all have been great!

Incredible afternoon escape with our family and a taste of the outdoors. Brent was extremely knowledgeable of Squamish and the inspiring terrain, wildlife and history. Our 3 kids (8 ,11, 13) loved the scenery, trails and stories ! Our favorite part of the trip were the trails through the coastal rain forest along the Squamish estuary were our kids searched the ocean horizon for a potential glimpse of Orcas spotted in the Howe Sound earlier that day.
