I would rate this trip we took as a family a 4/5. It was super fun to swim in the lake and go off…read morethe slide and diving board. The water in the swim zone is shallow enough so little kids can relax and be safe. There are lots of minnows to catch in the water along with decent sized fish in the boat doc area. The only things I have some concern about is all of the children that are little and unwatched and zooming around while cars are driving. I know that is not this places fault but if you bring little children you should definitely watch them. Also, quiet time is at 10:00; the kids are still out running and screaming at that time. I feel like more of the parent supervision should be emphasized more but otherwise great place! Really well maintained and yes the campsites are a little small but it's super cozy and really a great trip to go on and relax.

They had a slide in the middle of the lake. Live music on a Saturday night. The hosts were all so nice and accommodating. We parked our camper van and everything was walkable. They had showers you can purchase with tokens, a small laundry facility you need quarters for and a small store that had a small selection of snacks and drinks and rentable items. I felt safer here then any other campground. The energy here was so positive in many ways. They have the cutest little cabins right on the lake! This place has it all! It really is a perfect little family get away! Perfect for the kids! They loved playing in the lake!!!! I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful place!!! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful resort, exceptional staff, and ideal location for accessing Glacier…read more 1) The stay. We stayed in a room in the lodge which was amazing. It's a peaceful lodge tucked away in a corner of the property that has a serene porch that we sat out on each night with views of the mountains. The room cleanliness was impeccable - much cleaner than any chain hotel I've stayed at. The housekeeping staff even left hand written notes for us, and went above and beyond in making sure all of the guests needs were not just met but exceeded when we needed help. You will not meet a more pleasant front desk staff who was genuinely excited to talk to you each day and answer any of your questions! The drive to the entrance of west glacier was maybe 5 minutes - perfect for quick access to the park. 2) We did the fly fishing all day tour which I would highly recommend. I would be amiss without mentioning our guide Chaney by name. He reached out to us ahead of time and was extremely kind and flexible - adapting to any requests I had to make the trip personalized. And he was amazing during the actual guide! He had us laughing, smiling and learning so much throughout the whole day. And he did it all while rowing us down rapids!! His knowledge of the local wildlife was impressive and you can tell he truly cares deeply about what he does. Not to mention the beauty of the river itself - it would have been worth it to go just for the views, and getting to fish while doing it was even better! All in all - exceptional place, I plan to re-book for my next visit in the area.

In the 43 years of a family owned timeshare, 2022 is the worst…read moreyear we have ever been treated here. There has been no communication with the board to us on the occupancy enforcement this year. There is nothing posted in the cabins or books of the enforcement. If I decide to have or adopt a kid, I'd have to leave one at home because I went over the 6 allotted for said cabin and they don't have bigger cabins. This is just the start, the new managers threatened us "supposed owners". Accused us of stealing towels from the Cabin and tried to bill us. The towels were washed and placed in the bathroom cabinet, they "quote" didn't find until I called. As I said, we have been owners for a long time and our number is listed up there. A simple phone call would have resolved it. It showed the managers were being lazy and didn't thoroughly clean the cabin otherwise they would have seen the towels. This doesn't mention the rudeness of the maintenance guy this go round. We wanted to buy an additional week for our kids when the grow up but now we are thinking of getting rid of our ownership... Beautiful area but not worth the headache. So many other good time shares up there, I would not bother with this one !!! Two thumbs down...don't go here.

We stayed here through RCI and found our cabin to be clean and spacious. There was even a washer and dryer, with supplied laundry soap and dryer sheets! The full kitchen was a definite plus! The covered hot tub outside the front door was clean and welcome on the cool evenings. There was electric baseboard heating with controls in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom, and there was also a fireplace. The only difficulty we encountered was no Internet, which meant our cell phones did not work, and there was no phone in the cabin. Internet signal can be picked up in front of the office with log-in and password supplied. We used the exercise room in the clubhouse and appreciated the collection of books that could be borrowed, as we had a few rainy days during our week's stay. An indoor pool is also on property. It is about 25 miles to a good-sized supermarket.

Cigarette butts and a half eaten pills!…read more This place wasn't cleaned before we arrived and management company (Whitefish Escapes) felt like it was good enough. Outside of fact that they and the property owners (who they blamed) were unwilling to let us re-book our stay for a future date I am shocked they could pass this property to renters at all. They held us to every word of the 9 page agreement but then could not even have the place cleaned or the walkway cleared before we arrived. Cigarette butt and a half eaten pill on the night stand, egg covered pan put away as if clean, filthy towel left behind, water leaking from the vent in the downstairs bath, walkway from stairs to front door covered in snow/ice, door handle to the deck not functioning and past guest dirty clothing left behind. When I brought these up again after the trip and asked for a refund on the $350 cleaning fee they offered $100. I guess they agreed it was not clean but thought it was good enough for us. We were all grossed out by the property but more disappointed in Whitefish Escapes Management. If you are coming to Whitefish I would seriously avoid renting any property managed by them. Plenty of other options. We learned our lesson the hard way this time. Just to be clear, this review and rating have nothing to do with not being able to re-book for a future date or credit.

THOUGHT ABOUT OUR STAY AT 32 NELSONCREST - JULY 9-16 For…read moreseveral months we have looked with great anticipation to our week-long stay in Whitefish. The photos of the house and the view of Whitefish Lake were impressive and very appealing. We now know that photos taken at some time in the past do not accurately represent the current environment. In the case of 32 Nelsoncrest, they present an entirely misleading view. While none of us were anxious to leave Whitefish, we could not get out of that house fast enough. It could have been a very pleasant experience if you or the owners took a little time and money to properly stock the house and make necessary repairs. My wife and I entered the property at 3:45 on July 9 to be welcomed to a sauna. Literally! The living room temperature was 81 degrees. That was with the AC running, as well as three portable AC units and many fans. And that environment existed for the entire week. At some point each afternoon it reached 84 degrees! Not until the sun went down and we opened windows (those that could actually be opened) did the house start cooling down. By morning it was a pleasant 68 degrees. That lasted for a few hours until the sun again blasted through uncovered windows. I digress, the lower level kids bunkroom NEVER cooled down, without sufficient flow-through ventilation and no portable AC unit. The massive decorative windows might be a plus in the winter, but hardly in the summer. The issues with this property are numerous and described below. SUPPLIES/ FURNISHINGS If the house is going to be advertised as sleeping eight, there needs to be linens, extra towels, glasses, plates, and seating for eight. 1. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and then you must buy your own. Really? 2. There were THREE glasses in the kitchen. Coffee mugs do not count. 3. Tissue box in master bath had two tissues left. No extra box found. 4. The house accommodates eight but the dining room table seats only six. 5. Patio has plenty of deck chairs but no table. 6. No bathroom wash cloths. 7. No kitchen towels of any kind. 8. One remote clicker only way in/out of garage. No button inside garage. Keypad outside garage but we were not provided code. Rather inconvenient. REPAIRS 1. Lower level kids bunkroom - torn wallpaper. How difficult is it to fix that? 2. Burned out light bulb in master bath. 3. Some doors need door stops to keep door from hitting wall. 4. Faucets in master bath and main floor bathroom need tightening. 5. Several windows need attention. We worked on the mechanism in three windows so they would open more easily. All should be looked at and serviced. 6. Deck surface will become a safety hazard. First, the deck covering is torn in one location, thus allowing water to seep below and damage whatever is underneath. It is already evident that water may have already affected the subsurface. Just walk on it and experience the give in the flooring. One day someone may just fall through. 7. The toaster over is disgusting and should be discarded. Would not always cut off. 8. Gas Grill - side burner and infrared worked but could not make main burners work. Infrared would not cut off so I turned off gas intake. 9. Replace accordion shades with real curtains. Please, at least cut the pieces to the height of the windows. More importantly, several windows could not be opened because the pieces of material could not be rolled up. And a great view of the lake from the kitchen window was hidden by shades that could not be rolled up. We also noticed that in the on-line house photos, none of these paper shades were shown. But then, neither did you show the portable AC units or floor fans. 10. The central AC unit might as well not exist. Even when running, it put out virtually no air. It would still take a lot to counteract the brilliant sunlight, but a new unit would certainly help. 11. Several light switches seem to control nothing? 12. Portable AC units are not thoroughly sealed at the window. The hot exhaust hose does not help the room temperature either. Maybe insulated hoses would help? 13. Major odor in kids bunkroom. We think it might be coming from the fireplace. It was noticed by everyone and nobody wanted to sleep in that room. This smell alone was almost reason enough to cancel the rental. It was almost unbearable and another potential health hazard. 14. The deck railing is a safety hazard and should be fixed immediately. Any weight pressed against it and the rail will fail. This is especially dangerous with young children running around. The deck would not pass any type of inspection. In summary, for an expenditure of nearly $3,200, we expected a lot more. If a little time and money were spent on this property, it might actually come close to the one we saw on your website. As it stands, I pity anyone else who has to ensure even one day at 32 Nelsoncrest.

The bed is wonderful, everything you need is included and Linda makes sure you have a clean cabin to come home to each night. The service is unbelievable. They truly treat you like family. It's a bit of a drive from the town of Whitefish, but it's the perfect distance. It's also located very close to beautiful lakes and hiking trails. It's a short drive to Glacier, which is perfect because you are able to get away from the crowds. Love, love, love this home.
