The park has many permanent residents, spots for long-term stays like ours, and several pull-thrus for overnighters. Not easy to get a reservation but well worth it if you can. Price is very reasonable. The park is kept very clean, laundry facilities are wonderful and not too expensive ($1.25 per load washer and dryer), and there is a sweet little stream running through the park sided by a large grassy area that was wonderful for our dog to run and play. No one objected to him being off leash there, but he comes when he's called, so I'm not sure how people would react to a dog that isn't under control. There were some ducks in the stream and a little bridge that crosses it. We felt very safe here and had quiet neighbors. There was noise from Trosper Road, but not more than the usual two-lane road, and certainly better than freeway noise would be in some of the other parks. Fred Meyer, UPS/fax store, Albertson's, Wal-Mart, and Costco nearby, also gas and coffee shops and other smaller stores. We would love to have found a house in this area. Would definitely recommend this place for short- or long-term stays.

The gentleman behind the desk could not be any ruder. I'm assuming he's the new owner they've raised all the prices. It's now three dollars more on the dock fee. He has the customer service skills of a rabbid badger he definitely does not belong there. This place has gone downhill within a few months. It's so fast it's crazy how fast bad ownership can take down a business.

This is affordable yet safe and private. You can kayaks, swim, shrimping, crabbing, boating and it's safe. Theres a gazebo and fire pit with bbq grills. Completely affordable. I'd recommend this for any family with or without pets, or solo traveler who wants to get away, far better than air bnb prices and rules.

We took a walk and saw some elk wandering the neighborhood, circled back and stopped for yummy pizza, woke up in the morning and walked 5 minutes over to an excellent coffee shop with free wi-fi. Rumor has it you can see Mt Rainier on a clear day. I'm planning to go back and stay longer!

They do have full hook ups as of 28 June, 2019, I have no clue when they put them in or they always did. The sites are very shady! They have showers and washers and dryers (Janice has quarter, if you have dollars) Janice and Cliff are hilarious and fun to talk to, leave your big city pretentious behind and enjoy some really good folks.
