The staff has always been friendly and always helpful. The the unit was secure, low priced and the facility clean. All the years we stored there, and we had two units, there were never any issues. They even offered us cold bottled water when we were sorting our stuff on a hot summer day. We loved that the staff were responsive and security minded. It makes a big difference compared to a few places we tried before. We will tell our friends and when we need storage again, we will return. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Lights go on automatically as you walk through the hallways. There is a nice bathroom on the ground floor, outside the office near the carts, nice to have when you're there for hours sorting. Prices went up a few times during a fairly short period awhile back, less so lately--Thanks! Great deal compared to many comparable Seattle storage facilities, easy access off I-5. I visited my unit recently after two years and there was hardly any dust. I found this place kind of randomly and am so glad I did!

I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. NOT! I find out, after speaking with others, that they are far from the best around and I want to share that information. I suggest Everett Storage to you. Great people! Trust me there are plenty of other storage places around that won't be playing with your money every year. this is the automated letter they send you - We are contacting you to communicate an adjustment in the monthly rental rate for unit 1234 at Anthem Self Storage. We do not take adjusting your rental rate lightly and understand cost increases impact you. We want you to know that this is not a reflection of your tenancy but of several other factors. When we make rental rate adjustments we consider rising facility costs, facility maintenance needs, facility improvements and current rental market conditions among many other factors. With all this in mind, effective with your rent due on 3/1/2026, your new monthly storage rent will be (20% higher for no apparent reason) This increase only effects your rental rate. It does not change any insurance or billing services that may be on your account. These will remain the same. We would like to thank you for choosing Anthem Self Storage as your storage provider.
