I happened to be recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. I was in a motorcycle crash that resulted in a complete tear of my subscapularis. I had finished my PT, but I was suffering from a really bad AC joint impingement and I was faced with possibly having to get a second surgery. Wendy was able to figure out that the impingement was due to muscles in my shoulder being shut down, due to the trauma of the accident and the surgery. She is very skilled in applied kinesiology and thoroughly tested every individual muscle in my shoulder joint and rotator cuff and made the right adjustments and worked the right trigger points to get them all working. Over the course of a few weeks my shoulder began functioning properly and the impingement and pain is now gone. Wendy really knows what she's doing. Thanks to her treatment I managed to avoid a second surgery and my shoulder is on track to a full recovery. I had a frozen shoulder ( which is quite painful!) that began a few months after I took a very hard fall. Dr Lou treated me with adjustments and acupuncture. Frozen shoulder takes 1-3 years to heal. I was moving my shoulder with much less pain and slowly increased range of motion within a couple of months! My sports medicine physician recommended the acupuncture for the pain. I'm here to say it works! I'm 8 months into my frozen shoulder diagnosis and I'm 99% better! Range of motion is back and the pain is minor at worst.
