The employee Gator at the Clermont location was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were only trying to figure out if the tire was cover under a 1 year warranty. Update the manager contact us to basically say the tire isn't the correct tire even though it is, gave a half apologize for the rude customer service of his employee and asked if we can take down the review. That all he cared about not really solving the issue. Don't waste your time or money here.

Working with Gator (our estimator ) and Amanda (the front desk coordinator) turned a depressing situation into a pleasant experience. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout the the entire process. When it came time to have our car left for repair, Gerber worked directly with our insurance company (USAA) to arrange to have a rental car company pick us up at the Gerber office to start the rental. They kept us well informed as to the status of the repair work and took possession of the rental car when we picked up our repaired car (looks great) at Gerber, eliminating the need for us to return the car ourselves to the rental car office. A pretty seamless and pleasant experience. I would recommend this Gerber office - and Gator and Amanda - to my friends if they need any auto repair work.

Anyway, I have had a stream of bad luck with my windshield in the past few months. I first cracked it when a small rock hit my windshield and SafeLite came to fix it the first time around. THEN fast forward a few months later to this week and a HUGE rock hit my windshield on the highway and cracked it from top to bottom. Obviously I had to get it replaced. I called Wilberto and he responded right away! I was able to get my windshield replaced in TWO DAYS. That's insane!! Safe Lite didn't have an opening for two weeks and I had to drive to Tampa this weekend and needed help ASAP. I'm so glad I found Wilberto because WL Auto Glass is so close to me with fantastic service! They do offer coming to your house, but since I live in an apartment complex I had to drop my car off. For my car to recalibrate my windshield sensors you need like 50 feet of space which obviously a complex doesn't have. I dropped it off and it was done in less than 2 hours. I am extremely pleased. My old windshield had tint and Wilberto doesn't do it, but he referred me to a place nearby as well and provided instructions to me not to wash my windshield or remove the stickers for the next 24 hours. God forbid if my windshield ever gets cracked again I know who to call!!

I finally got hold of Stat Auto Glass and not only did the owner Sergio answered the phone but he was available on the same day! He is very professional, came to our house, assessed the problem and fixed the window glass in no time. He is very respectful of your property, cleaned the area after the job is done. The fee is very reasonable and affordable. Sergio is highly recommended and I like that he is the owner and the main guy who will fix the job right in the comfort of your home.
