When I notified the company to remove the stains they refused to do so, saying the stains were there when they got there, which is not true. The 2 ladies they sent out were incredibly hard working and continued cleaning despite a temporary power outage due to a thunder storm. I'm giving them 2 stars I hired them to do a cleaning service on my house first they came with an attitude, mad they didn't even greet me, secondly when they claim they do "Deep Cleaning" when they song it sucks they charged me $140 20$ extra supposedly for cleaning the stove and fridge they didn't clean anything!!! I hired Gladiola for a move-out cleaning job on our townhouse, & she did an amazing job. Great attention to detail, used her own products and equipment and left the place sparkling and smelling amazing. One thing to keep in mind is that she is coming from Chicago. I don't think she realized how far in the NW burbs we lived and was late arriving for the cleaning (but did keep me posted on her arrival time and was apologetic for getting there late). read more
