The house was empty with no furniture, and I showed them everything then they ask for $90 extra it just because they assumed this is cleaning after construction. I had two condos cleaned for a very competitive price. They come in either two or three at a time to clean and divide the tasks. Make sure you discuss with them the price before they start as they will lower or increase the cost based on what needs to be done. There are other deep clean services that are slightly better but will cost a lot more. Likewise, they may clean a bit slower than some services, but they are very thorough.
