I recently had the pleasure of going to this lovely wine and book store in bed-stuy! When I tell you it's so chic & cozy and beautiful inside, I MEAN it. From the wonderful book selection of black authors female authors, lgbtq authors and women writers it's an abundance of books to select from. The art work inside is very intentional to reflect the Lesbian / Queer Community and I LOVE IT. They serve coffee, tea and wine you get a trifecta effect within the establishment that I love. The staff is very welcoming and kind. There is seating inside, outside in the back and down stairs if you'd like to come and do a WFH day or just lounge sip som coffee and of course READ. They have events all the time it's such a great place to be if you're apart of the LGBTQ community and love reading and are looking for cool new ways to meet folks.

Love, love, love this place and so sad I don't live closer to go here more often. Beautifully decorated, so spacious with two floors and a full bar downstairs. Upstairs there's a diverse range of books, you can also get coffee and pastries as well. Such friendly staff! I will definitely be returning on my next New York trip. Support this Black owned business!

Came in from out if town just to visit this bookstore. While it is a small bookstore, it packs a punch with a unique collection of books thoughtfully curated and authored by mostly people of color. There was a vast majority of female authors as well. The store is cozy with a few seating options but not too much to lose its quaintness. I had some tea while I was there so they have tea and coffee for those choosing to stay. Downstairs there is a wine bar that was not open when I went but you can still sit down there with your book and beverage. I bought 3 books and Im sure Ill be back for more. Ill definitely come back when the wine bar opens up. The one barista I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
