Please please make sure you get a receipt and agreement when you pay. I went in and paid for a year of laser for my girlfriend as a Xmas gift. quoted a price and paid it in full. All verbal and even in their computer it showed a year but they said they can't honor it anymore while we were 6 months into treatment. They actually called today wanting more money for treatment performed last week. Very unprofessional, they fully admit they messed up but want more money to finish treatments. I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection services and/or the attorney general after I do some more research. Up to this point the staff was very nice and generous. They are having the front desk call us to do the dirty work and you can hear in their voice that they know this isn't ethically right or very good customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. This place accused me of stealing and then did not apologize when they realized it was actually their error. I have been going LaserLoft for years and always have had a pleasant experience, until this week when I arrived for my appointment to find a whole new crew staff members. After checking in, the woman behind the front desk said to the service provider, "Hold on a minute, I need to talk to her" in a tone that indicated I was in trouble. Right there in the lobby, in front of other staff and within earshot of customers upstairs and anyone else who may walk in, she introduced herself as Janita and told me that according to an audit she had done, I had not paid for my last two appointments, and then she turned to me and said, "Did you know that?" Her tone was completely accusatory. I explained that I always buy units in bulk when they offer sales (which are a better deal) and was told at each appointment how many units I had left in the bank. This means that every visit, I don't pay for the units, I just pull from the pack I have already purchased until I run out. Janita proceeded to (rather smugly) show me the audit she had run on my account which included my charges for the unit packs I had bought, with the most recent 100 units being purchased in November of 2025, with two ~30-unit appointments since then. I told her that I suspected she had her math wrong, as I had been keeping track of how many units I was using/had left. She said she'd look into it while I was getting my service done and let me know afterwards, but that "As of right now it looks like you owe us over $800." I said no, I won't be doing my appointment today because I don't want a surprise charge and this seems off, so yes please figure that out. Janita said she'd call me after she sorted it out and let me know what she determined. She rescheduled me for the following week tentatively until they figured things out. I left feeling as though I had been absolutely accused of stealing from their business and treated as if I was a liar trying to cheat them. It was incredibly embarrassing and left me reeling the rest of the night. The next day, I revived a text saying "Hi Emily, It's Janita I left you a voicemail. I just wanted to let you know that you are all set for your next appointment! Have a great weekend." No apology. No explanation. No 15% off for treating me like crap. Nothing. While I wasn't surprised, since I knew that I had not lied or stolen, I was incredibly baffled by the lack of customer service instinct by this woman. To be treated so poorly so publicly and without any basis was absolutely uncalled for, and definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. It felt a bit like a reverse Karen situation in which the customer wasn't the Karen for once. Let's just say that their system had in fact failed to correctly charge my bank of credits for my last two appointments -- that's absolutely not my fault, and never something that I should be openly accosted for at the beginning of my appointment. Or let's say that I had in fact been somehow stealing from their business. The right way to handle this situation would have been in private -- either over the phone prior to my arrival or in the back office where it could be handled gracefully. Then, when her error was realized, she should have apologized (I'd even suggest doing so rather profusely after having treated someone so poorly). This was absolutely the worst possible handling of the situation. I'm still in shock at just how poorly I was treated by a total stranger and I will never ever go to LaserLoft again, and I do NOT recommend that anyone else go here for any service ever. read more

She then lied and said she left a voicemail and also called several times. No one called me! She even had the audacity to tell me when I spoke to her last time she told me about the Groupon, which she did not! They have communicated via text message. No texts, no calls, no voicemails. After coming here multiple times over the last couple years, I was very bummed out by my final experience. Back story - in August, after getting injections and a hydrafacial, I booked more injections six months out. Simple enough, right?! Wrong! January rolls around and I am starting to look forward to my appointment. Then everything goes awry. First, I get a text that my injector quit so my appointment is changed. Two weeks later, I get a text that my new injector has covid, so my appointment is changed for a second time. Finally, I get a get a day off work so I can get this appointment in. I go in, do all the intake paperwork and go upstairs with the injector. We talk about what I want, and she draws on my face where she is going to inject me. THEN she asks if I've had a flu shot in the past two weeks....45 minutes after I initially walk in the door. Well, yes, as a matter of fact I have, nine days ago. Who knew you couldn't get botox after having a flu shot?!? They did!! And waited until the last minute to mention it. She's like, so sorry for the repeated inconvenience. I'm here every Saturday, and when you come back we will give you a 50 cent discount per unit. Really not that impressive of a discount after literally planning my January and February around this appointment, but I'll take what I can get. I go down to schedule my appointment (fourth time's a charm?!) for the next Saturday, and the receptionist lets me know that the injector has in fact taken off the next Saturday to go to Vegas. OK, then two Saturdays from now is fine. Two Saturdays roll by and I finally get in to get my long awaited injections. I walk in and mention the previously discussed discount. The receptionist states she's "going to have to look through my chart" and decide whether or not I get this discount (literally like $15 off....after I've spent thousands of dollars at their establishment). Ok I say, I'll wait. Two seconds later she says they will honor what my injector offered to me two weeks prior. Thanks??? Mind you, nothing mentioned thus far has ANYTHING to do with why I chose to write this review. I understand stuff happens. The bad review comes from what happens next. I go upstairs, sit in the chair, I say please give me the service I asked for two weeks ago, we proceed. The injector gives me extra injections that no one agreed to and makes a statement like, "there, you get extra injections and 50 cents off." I say thanks. She continues, "you know the front desk girl was just doing her job" My response was something along the lines of "this was discussed two weeks ago, why should I have to sit while she considers giving me the discount? Everything just seems very disorganized here " The injector then tells me that I am rude. Like what? I'm just trying to get in and get out, I shouldn't have to follow up on something you offered me two weeks ago, especially after the last month and a half of trying to get in. She goes, "I hear you." And I say, thanks for hearing me, can I go now? And then she proceeds to raise her voice talking about my negative energy, on the verge of tears, and I'm just like.....please complete my treatment so I can go. She has already injected me at this point, and goes, "I'm not touching you any more with that energy," I feel like I am on a 2009 episode of Punk'd What?!?!? Like, what do I have to do in order for you to professionally complete this service? Since when does a paying customer have to be concerned about their energy? I said nothing inappropriate at all, simply asked for the discount I had been offered. I just wanted my injections. In my years of customer service I have never once called a person rude to their face, and I have dealt with far more rude people than myself. SUPER unprofessional experience. I initially liked Laser Loft and had been setting up appointments every six months. But after being confronted in such a way by someone who claims to be a professional, I will not be returning. read more

As you can see in past reviews, I had a weird reaction to my last laser treatment (Brazilian) that left the area extremely irritated and eventually scarred. Once the owners found out what happened, I was contacted right away and immediately they started the process of helping the hyperpigmentation go away. We've done about 4 microdermabrasion treatments in the area and I already see a huge difference. They even gave me a product to use to help with the issue on an every day basis. I really appreciate a business that handles this kind of matter with such seriousness. This sort of action makes me recommend this business as a place you should certainly visit- while we are all humans and mistakes happen - it's about how they handle issues like this that shows what kind of business they are. read more

I purchased a Groupon and when I went to schedule for wrinkle management: 1) No one would answer the phone ever or return two VMs. 2) Tried to schedule online instead and legit said for the Denver location that the Groupon was for, there was no staff member at this location to do this service. I got a facial here. There were a couple people working and they were both really friendly. The facial itself was relaxing and the woman doing it had a very soothing voice. It did seem a little short for the price at 40 minutes. Most of the times that I get facials other places, it's 50 minutes. There was a bit of a sales pitch at the end for their membership, but not high pressure. read more

The products were good and it was a quality facial. However, I got a facial + dermaplaning and the whole experience lasted 25 minutes max. On the website, a facial alone is advertised as 50-55 minutes so I was expecting at least a an hour long treatment with the add on. It was $150 (then added a 20% tip bc even with sub par treatment I can't bring myself to tip less). I probably won't be back, just because I don't think it was really worth it. Update! It turns out there was a miscommunication in the services I booked. I totally understand that things like this happen, and the laser loft did a great job rectifying the mix up. I was rebooked for a complimentary facial + microdermabrasion, and this time around did NOT disappoint. Tara did an amazing lymphatic massage where I actually felt like I was floating, and once again, I could tell my face loved the products. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. read more

This used to be called Rihanna's Skincare but since she sold/went corporate, she has moved back to Texas and have left us with other technicians who do not have the kindness, courtesy, or compassion Rihanna did. I am a trans person getting a full face of laser, which takes years to complete. I came in for a Groupon (of 6 sessions on a large area/ full face) and in addition to my rate I was charged $60/session for my neck (apparently not a part of your full face). I reluctantly agreed and paid that for 6 months. Total I paid was about $150/ 15 minute session. - the ONE week I couldn't afford the $60 upcharge, she followed my jawline with such precision, it felt petty to not even laser the lower part of my jawline- I was shocked. I was told the results would be gradual and I would have to have years and years of treatment to get smooth. After my 6 months was up, I called ahead prior to driving to denver to buy another package (their in store advertising said that they would match the groupon rate), which was confirmed over the phone. An hour later when I arrived, not only did they no honor the groupon rate anymore, but they were switching to a monthly "unlimited" program, charged per area of the body. So say the least, it was way too expensive to continue. I had saved for months to continue my treatment (stopping now i would lose all of my progress), and was being lied to/turned down in person. I started crying in the lobby. When I emailed Rihanna asking for clarity, and giving some suggestions that would make it more accessible to Trans People- her employees have an embarrassing bedside manner-, she totally ignores me and never responded. I followed up with phone calls to make sure my email had been received and the front desk girls confirmed it had been received and read. So I went to find another laser hair removal specialist and found an AMAZING provider in Cherry Creek who spends 45 MINUTES on my skin, nose to collar bone, with EPIC IMMEDIATE RESULTS- in comparison to my quick, single pass 15 minute sessions at Laser Loft. The difference in experiences immediately made me realize that I was NEVER the TYPE of client Laser Loft desires, even though my treatment plans are more expensive and need longer timeline commitments. I'd say that is just BAD BUSINESS. If Rihanna is doing your laser you are so lucky! She was kind and fun, and compassionate- all words that I would not use to describe her other technicians! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. In cherry creek with a private practitioner, FOR 100$/session I had 3x the length of service and after ONE session I had more results than ALL 6 MONTHS at Laser Loft. I used to be a huge advocate for laser loft- I told everyone I knew to go there and see Rihanna, however, now I send all of my coaching and consulting clients to my girl in Cherry Creek who totally blows Laser Loft out of the water! I'm embarrassed I sent so many people to Laser Loft!! Rihanna, good luck with your future ventures, because the Laser Loft in Denver is a sinking ship without you. Also, try responding to a thoughtful, passionate letter from a loyal customer. You can't buy loyalty like I felt. read more

She asked questions beforehand, made sure I was comfortable and during the treatment she told me what was happening every step of the way (Ie; this mask is good for hydration, etc...) I started my first session for laser hair removal for my legs this week and although it is still way too early to discuss results, I can certainly discuss my experience. Upon entering the establishment I felt a very calming feeling. The atmosphere is laid back and peaceful and looks very clean and well-kept. I was greeted by a young lady at the desk as soon as I walked in and was given my new client forms to fill out. I was offered a beverage as I filled out my documents and upon completion I was introduced to the young lady that would be completing my procedure, Rhianna. The procedure itself was comfortable, from the room, to the modesty that I was able to keep by having a sheet draped over myself as the procedure move along. I never felt awkward at all which isn't like me in a setting where I'm pants-less in front of a stranger. Most everyone wonders about the pain level, I know I did. I honestly could have probably slept through the pulses going through my legs; then again I was also coming directly from a tattoo removal session which was MUCH more painful. I do not have a high tolerance for pain but this was seriously no big deal. There were a couple of places on my lower legs that made me feel like I had an uncontrollable twitch coming on though. After the procedure was finished I made my next appointment and Rhianna hugged me as I left. Talk about personable!!! Sometimes, it's the little things that matter to me. Not only was I comfortable, but the staff was cheerful and answered all of the questions that I had. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit and to start seeing results! read more

Went for spider vein treatment. Staff was laid back and friendly. Unfortunately my treatment had no effect. The owner performed my treatment and obviously did not know how to work the laser. I've had this treatment done many times before. It was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. Disappointed in the treatment, waste of money.... Service was professional, but fatally flawed. I am a redhead, and went for beard removal. The price was great from a living social voucher, staff was friendly and courteous. Two problems, first the small problem. My tech did not use any ultrasound gel. Fortunately, my skin was resilient and was not notably injured. Now for the BIG problem: the treatments did nothing. Why? Because my hair color is too light. I sought a second opinion and found a very experienced tech at another clinic in Denver. They use a different type of laser, a Lightwave. (Rhianna's used an alexandrite). The very seasoned tech was surprised to see that even on the highest setting (auto), I was getting zero reaction, no burn of any hair follicles. Your experience at Rhianna's may indeed go perfectly well for you, and you may be 100% satisfied with your service. For redheads or light blondes, though, beware that NO LASER SERVICE will do anything for your follicles. My real complaint here is not that the service failed to do anything for me, but that they should know this fact, and not continue to schedule additional sessions for clients who are outside their effective laser treatment range. Lastly, that pain and smell in my Rhianna's treatment was from skin burning, not hair zapping. The lightwave is definitely more high-tech, as it was sensible enough not to burn my skin and cause any pain, even on the maximum setting. It simply failed to find any follicles that fall in it's effective range. read more

Before choosing Laser Loft, I did some research to make sure the place was legit with properly trained specialists and good equipment. I was treated by 3 different laser specialist technicians and I was not 100% satisfied with the results until the last specialist, Lindsey, did the 2 last sessions and I really noticed a big difference (I believe she changed some settings)!! I had exceptional experiences at Laser Loft- both facial and laser services were top notch treatments. Amber, the manger at the Denver location, is extremely friendly and professional. She always greeted me with a smile and remembered who I was each visit, making the experience very personal. She is very easy to work with and always made sure I was taken care of. Jenna, the laser technician, provided quick and painless treatments while making me feel very comfortable. As for the esthetician, it was by far the best facial I have ever received. She provided knowledge about all of the products and took her time explaining each one and what it would do for my skin. She always examined my skin beforehand and customized each facial to my benefit, all the while upholding the most professionalism. Her calming voice made each treatment so relaxing that I never wanted them to end! My skin would be glowing for days afterwards- she truly made me feel like a million bucks. I decided to do a vein treament and she stayed after hours in order to get me in as soon as possible. My only complaint is that they have cancelled/changed a couple appointments at the last minute.
