I googled waxing near me and found Silk Wax Studio and Spa, wow, I must say Sara is awesome! She took her time to educate me and made sure to get all the hairs and made sure I was happy with the results. It made me feel safe as a client. She was kind. She asked for my preference in wax and honestly, it wasn't painful (only the very obvious painful zone). I felt comfortable and had great conversation. I'm only putting 4 stars because it was really cold in the shop. She tried to accommodate for it, but I was shivering. Also, she missed a few hairs on my underarm. And it seemed as though she was bothered that I had been growing my hair for a while.
