This is replying to Sirena since my reply to her is being blocked.. Sirena, first of all, this is not Pueblos Best!!! I did care for my lashes with Brandi's instructions and the 10 cent brush she sent home with me... The pictures I posted are in fact Brandis work! The lashes I got from the nail salon actually looked a million times better than the ones I got from your salon. And to set you straight, I was not offered for you to fix my problem.. In fact, the salon owner was extremely rude, lied to get me down to the salon and proceed to tell me she left her eyelash remover at home and its my own fault my lashes look the way they do, even after 4 days, not even full days technically... Then they tell me to go home and removed my lashes with olive oil, which took hours and was extremely uncomfortable. After talking with other salons in Colorado Springs, they are amazed a "Pueblos Best" salon would give me that kind of guidance.. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Anyways, I will be praying for you all because you need it... read more

No woman really likes to stray away from their usual stylist, beautician, nail artist, etc. However, I moved across the country from Tampa to Pueblo for a few months and was now without my lash lady. Flying back and forth to Florida just to have my lashes done is a bit ridiculous. I will admit I was hesitant to have my lashes done for the first time by someone else, but I am glad that someone was Sirena. She knows what she is doing, super sweet, good at explaining her craft, & very efficient. Her shop decor screams luxury and tranquil vibes & I truly enjoyed my experience every time for the past few months. Thank you Sirena! read more

Talent - Skill - Expertise sum up the owner of Glam Lashes & CO (Sirena) qualifications to be the best of the best when it comes to lash extensions! I would consider myself somewhat of an expert in this department considering the number of lash technicians I've been to over the years. Sirena uses top of the line products which is why my lashes don't fall out quickly like I have experienced at other salons. It is so nice to wake up in the morning with beautiful lashes! When you walk into her salon, it is very welcoming and classy with the perfect touch of bling. Sirena is a perfectionist when it comes to lashes and she strives to create a beautiful and welcoming environment. The most horrible experience I ever had I couldn't even see the eyelashes they were so thin so she told me I could make another appointment she would correct it when I showed up she acted like she didn't know me and I had to explain to who I was and there was a client that she's so she agreed and the next time she did the same thing this is a horrible place stay away it's very scary the owner is absolutely horrifying what she did to me and I'm a disabled veteran even and I had to take City lift and Naveen know that I came there and she said she never even seen me before it was quite an overwhelming experience I could have sued her but it would have stressed me out more just listen to me stay far away from this place thank you the owner is very devious and conniving and what I was saying City lift took me there so they knew I had been there and the bottom line is she said she never did anything to me before and didn't know me and City left no they had taken me there before so not only that but she did not tell the truth it was horrible I like to be positive and happy don't go here you won't be read more

I don't know what to say. I came in so excited and ready to have beautiful eyelashes. I went in and sat in the lobby for 20 minuets because no one was there. When she took me upstairs she asked me what i wanted and i told her I wanted them natural and whispy and i got dramatic dark lashes that hurt so bad. I was tearing the whole time and my eye was inflamed for two hours. When I finally got to look at them I wanted to cry. They were completely opposite of what i asked. I ended up paying 200$ for lashes that I started taking off as soon as i got into the car. I called them and asked if I could have a refund and she said no but she'll only charge me 40$ to take them off. I couldn't stop crying and I went to ulta and the employee there felt so bad for me and told me she was sorry that they came out so bad. The extensions are barley on my eyelashes, they are falling off the corners and are drooping. My eyes are still so red and puffy and my eyelashes are sore. I ended up ripping them off because I couldn't shut my eyes without them burning read more

I would like to highly recommend Glam Lashes and also Brandi as she has always done my lashes and I am extremely happy with every appointment and fill in, she is truly AMAZING!!! I receive complements all the time on how great my lashes look, it has truly transformed my eyelashes! I would also like to say I have never personally experienced a problem, but as instructed I take great care of my lashes. As several of the other reviews read the salon is beautiful and the girls are all extremely talented! Each experience is different and although some people choose to give reviews that are not flattering I believe this their choice and hope that when reading the reviews they read between the lines. I have been with Glam Lashes for 6 years since Northern location and I will tell you Glam Lashes & Co. is the best! They have never needed to advertise because there work reflects on every single client of Glam Lashes! I have been to New York, and Los Angeles many times and ladies have stopped me just to ask me where I get my eyelash extensions and I always tell them BEST OF PUEBLO COLORADO! We all know our lashes last longer than a couple days. They last week's! That disgruntled lady from Canon city needs to stay going to her nail salon for her extensions. I'm from Denver and I have been to other lash salons up north and Glam Lashes & Co is by far the BEST! I always get compliments and asked where I go to get my lashes. I will always make my 3 week appointment and drive my 2 hour drive to get my lashes done. With proper care your extensions will last 3 wks! We all know they do not fall out in days. I had an appointment with Rochelle last week and this girl is simply amazing. She was great at explaining to me how to care for my lashes and made the whole experience go as smooth as possible. I absolutely love my lashes. She did such a great job that I walked into sephora and received so many complements. 100% Best Lashes ever! I have had them for 5 years and I have no complaints! If you take good care of them they are amazing and look amazing 24/7! Great salon experience also very comfortable.
