I went into get a set of gel nails and the next day my two middle fingers the polish popped right off like they were push on nails so I drove back and had her redo them and gave her 10 more dollars and then the following day my pinky polish popped right off exactly the same. This place is HORRIBLE! Went in for a wax, They reuse the same wax on everyone, and double dip the same stick, they also use the same cloth to take wax away. They have no clue what they are doing. I do not recommend! The pedicures used to be long and nice but they take 30 seconds to put lotion on as well when they used to give a good massage. New management has ruined this place, not to mention COVID unsafe for sure!!! read more

I had been going to Sophia for a little over two years and her work was amazing... My problem was waiting 20-30 minutes after my appointment time to get my nails rushed through or being double booked so I have to beg to get them done that day at all.. This happened about 5 times before I actually got upset and said something. She then screamed at me from across the nail salon telling me she wasn't my slave and I could go to someone else.. If you're someone who cares about customer service and your time not being wasted I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Sophia was AMAZING! She is capable of doing any design that you want. I loved the way my nails turned out and will definitely be going back to her for all my fills. She was also extremely nice. She is quick but still does quality work. She also got me in quick. I reached out to her for an appointment yesterday and she was able to get me in today. STAY AWAY!!! Went here one afternoon for a manicure, as a last resort, all the other acceptable salons had too long of a wait for the amount of time we had. Walked in and the one woman actually working and not messing around on her cell phone asked us what we needed, we told her two shellac manicures. The other 3 people in the salon just continued on their phones ignoring us. We picked out the only colors we could find that we liked, they have a terrible selection of colors and only low grade brands. They made us sit on opposite ends of the salon so we couldn't even talk to each other. They had some terrible war movie on at the loudest volume so bombs were going off and people screaming and swearing. Not a great ambience for a manicure. Then they shouted back and forth about Chinese zodiac signs and wanted us to calculate how old the people were that they wanted to know the signs of. My male manicurist lectured me about my preferences of gel polish and that I didn't want the drill used on my cuticles. He was very rude and didn't listen to me at all. Meanwhile my friend's manicure was finished in 15 minutes. Mine took an hour. I had polish all under my nails and he filed my nails to be so weird shaped and narrow. The salon was dirty and smelly and I'm certain none of their tools were sterilized. Big pass on this place, awful service and experience. read more

I'll never go back. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure which provides me with an opportunity to relax. Not possible in this place. First the six women and one man who work there don't talk to each other they seem to yell at each other. Often. Secondly the woman who did my manicure and pedicure was answering the phone and scheduling appointments the entire time she was working my feet and hands which was very distracting and made it impossible for me to relax and enjoy the experience. She literally had a telephone up to her ear wedged against her shoulder most of the time she was doing my pedicure and manicure. And then of course she had to jump up and run over by the cash register on several occasions - - I assume to look at dates and availability for other appointments. Very very distracting.I thought the pedicure was just fine although the manicure was not particularly well done and I attribute that to the fact that once again she was on and off the phone the entire time. I'm sure these are wonderful people and they work very hard but again the noise level was really distracting and I just can't believe that this woman was juggling all of these balls at the same time that she was working on my feet and hands. Took my teenager with me to get our nails done today. The lady that did my nails was extremely rough (made 3 of my cuticles bleed, and filed the skin off the end of my finger) and rushed through everything b/c there was a lady waiting. I had to ask her to fix several of my white french tips b/c they were uneven and had bubbles. My daughter had shellac put on hers and it is very uneven and bubbly. She should have asked her lady to redo them, but was afraid. Couldn't wait to leave and will not be back. read more

I got my nails filled and thought they did a great job. She was very thorough making sure they looked nice. She was also very careful and didn't cut me at all. They had tons of color options for polish. They were a fair price. I had my five-year-old with me and they gave him a chair and commented how well behaved he was. I intend to go back. read more

I have gone to this salon for 2 1/2 years. The owner is kind and outgoing. She always remembers me and what I am going to get. The gals have done a great job on my pedicures as well. I get a lot of hang nails and they always make sure they get them. I always see them clean and sterilize everything. Reeza is amazing and I really like her. Also Sophie, the owner, is so booked you can't even get an appt with her. I like this shop and will probably drive out to it if we ever move away. read more

This is the best nail salon I've ever been to! The technicians are the best in the world, and trust me, I know because I have travelled all over the world! Every time I have gone somewhere else just because of the timing of it, I have regretted it! I've been going to glam nails for a few years now. So I was visiting some friends in the area and we decided to treat ourselves to a pedi/mani. Everything seemed to be going well, the place was clean, we were happy with the quality of work but then the manager or owner started yelling and screaming hysterically. It was extremely uncomfortable and I can see it put everyone in a bad mood. We went there to RELAX and pamper ourselves, NOT to hear screaming and yelling. Just awful. I will NEVER go back. The manicure was less than 10 minutes. They soaked my hands in warm water, buffed my nails, and then IMMEDIATELY started painting. No cuticle trimmer, no oil, no lotion. And when I asked they said that was normal. They also did not put a base coat under the color, which is damaging to the nail and causes them to go yellow. They also said this was normal. I have had plenty of manicures, this is not normal!! Once finished painting they rushed me out the door before leaving time for the nails to dry. I went straight to another nail salon to have an ACTUAL manicure done. Don't go here. They're AWFUL!! read more

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. These people are totally unprepared, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I made an appointment last week for two people to get manicures here. Turns out, they didn't even have the professional courtesy to write the appointment in their appointment book. When we showed up on time for our appointment, they only had one technician available. That technician really rushed, hurt the client a lot while doing the manicure, didn't pay attention when the client asked her to stop and slow down, and then talked about the client to other employees behind her back. On top of that, the technician didn't let the gel set for enough time under the light. The other technician was not even at the salon at the appointment time; she was fifteen minutes late. When she did finally show up, she had the nerve to tell me she would do my manicure really fast. I told her I didn't want a fast manicure, I wanted someone to take their time and do it right. Then she started arguing with me when I told her I was going to get a manicure somewhere else instead. They did not care what we, the clients, wanted or were saying. I found them to be very rude and disrespectful, and I won't be returning here again. read more
