My sister has told me countless times to book here, saying I wouldn't regret it, and she was absolutely right. I got lucky with a last minute cancellation and snagged a spot, and I'm so glad I did. I've had a lot of massages in my life, but my 60-minute session with Alexandra was truly out of this world. She was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The space itself is clean, peaceful, and relaxing exactly what you want in a wellness setting. It's definitely a bummer that they book up months in advance, but honestly, that just goes to show how amazing they are. I can't wait to come back!

No matter when and how many times I called, nobody picked up the phone.....always connected to Devry University in NY, which has nothing to do with this business. I sent a message to the Clinic through Yelp but they have not responded. So I have decided to visit the physical location. Clinic apparently existed. It was in the small office building with several other business...no sign to advertise about the Clinic outside. When I walked in the building, "Trillium Rejuvenation Clinic" plate was at the door of suite 8. Door was completely shut/locked and nobody was there....2:00pm in the afternoon. According to the business hour on Yelp, they should be open. There was no sign or indication of "we will be back" at door. Business does not indicate "appointment only" either. I didnt feel like this is legitimate business....or they are not well organized?? Anyway I didn't feel comfortable so I cancelled groupon. Just wanted to give people a warning.

Mackenzie falls nothing short of perfection. She has saved my skin, hair, and mind. Everything from the customer service, to cleanliness of her boutique is phenomenal! Before Mackenzie, I couldn't wax because my skin would rip right off.. Even when I went to high end salons like Gene Juarez Salon & Spa. Now she has me on FULL body waxing, a new skin regiment, brow tinting and more. So far I have seen my skin not just clearing up, but my scares are diminishing and I can even see my skin start to glow. Waxing: She uses hard wax, which I LOVE! She makes you feel so comfortable that the pain of waxing isn't even a thought. I have never once broken out because of waxing (I have VERY sensitive skin) and it feels baby butt smooth after ever session. Mackenzie countless times has given me free samples that she feels will make my skin after waxing, or just in general improve. Products: She put me on a 3 product regiment that was inexpensive and showed results RIGHT AWAY! I only wish I took a before/after picture to post for you all to see. Every person that has asked me about my skin, brows, or 'technique' for having beautiful skin (everywhere ;) ) I tell them they HAVE to see Mackenzie. If her vibrant personality, comfortable boutique setting, or high recommendations don't pull you in, then I don't know what will. Before attending Glam Wax Boutique, I did not have a Yelp! account, but after my experience I HAD to make one just to share my amazing experience with Mackenzie and her boutique! Mackenzie is the best! I can't recommend her highly enough. I hadn't had my eyebrows waxed in ages (and it showed), and I left with picture-perfect brows. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to make sure she gets it exactly right. My mom also had her brows done, and Mackenzie was great about advising her on how to get her brows to where she really wants them to be. The wax she uses is amazing; it hardly even hurts; such a constrast to experiences I've had at other salons. No redness, no puffiness, no breakouts; just perfect brows. And, to top it off, her prices are very affordable. Besides being so talented, Mackenzie is incredibly warm and friendly. You immediately feel comfortable with her, and her room is very inviting. She's located within a pretty salon in a great Kirkland location. It's close to downtown but on a quiet residential sidestreet with tons of parking. Not fighting traffic or dealing with limited parking space is such a relaxing way to start the experience! I can't say enough good things about Mackenzie and Glam Wax Boutique. Mackenzie is AMAZING! I have never been super confident in my eyebrows, but after Mackenzie fixed me up, my eyebrows are definitely "on fleek" and I am so confident and happy with them! She did a Brow Tint and a Brow Wax and a Lash Tint. She also groomed my 17 year old brothers eyebrows and worked a miracle on his! He loves them. Along with her superior talent, Mackenzie's new space is so cozy and nice and is in such a convenient location! She makes you feel right at home and you can relax and enjoy getting pampered because you know you will be well taken care of. I have been trying to find someone who understood how I wanted my eyebrows for 2 years since moving to the area. After countless "experts" screwing them up I was about ready to give up on having them the way I envisioned. Everyone I saw seemed to want to give me straight pencil eyebrows, while I wanted a little thicker with a light natural arch. Well after just 2 sessions with Mackenzie I love my eyebrows and have them exactly like how I wanted. I also have very sensitive skin and have always broken out a little when waxing, but the wax Mackenzie uses has completely kept me from breaking out. The search is OVER! I've finally found my go-to waxer! I've tried all the wax salons in the valley to Beverly Hills and just couldn't find someone who really knew what they were doing. Mackenzie uses a special hard wax that makes it virtually painless. Usually I'm really red and irritated for hours and days after a wax, but with Mackenzie I'm barely even red! She is a perfectionist and gets every single hair and digs out all my ingrowns! I trust her completely and her studio is so clean, she never double dips!
