I've had a lot of massages in my life, but my 60-minute session with Alexandra was truly out of this world. She was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The space itself is clean, peaceful, and relaxing exactly what you want in a wellness setting. Even the waiting/relaxation area for the spa felt luxurious with a lit fire, snacks, and a tea station at the ready! His bangs were supposed to reach his eyebrows but for some weird reason she cut them at a HORRIBLE angle his hair reached over 1inch over his right eyebrow an over 1.5 inches above his left (yeah we measured). No matter when and how many times I called, nobody picked up the phone.....always connected to Devry University in NY, which has nothing to do with this business. I sent a message to the Clinic through Yelp but they have not responded. So I have decided to visit the physical location. Clinic apparently existed. It was in the small office building with several other business...no sign to advertise about the Clinic outside. When I walked in the building, "Trillium Rejuvenation Clinic" plate was at the door of suite 8. Door was completely shut/locked and nobody was there....2:00pm in the afternoon. According to the business hour on Yelp, they should be open. There was no sign or indication of "we will be back" at door. Business does not indicate "appointment only" either. I didnt feel like this is legitimate business....or they are not well organized?? Anyway I didn't feel comfortable so I cancelled groupon. Just wanted to give people a warning.
