After several attempts to contact the company I finally got through today. I spoke with a polite young lady and came to find out THEY HADNT EVEN SHIPPED THE PRODUCT! literally never even made it out of their warehouse I had to cancel and reorder with a local company last minute. Gross oversight. They had terrible reviews, unfortunately I didn't trust them, I decided to trust the photos and comments on instagram instead- huge mistake.
