I tell her I do not want damage and if she thinks damage would happen that I just need to wash my eyelashes and call it a day. she assures me there will be no damage. the eyelashes looked better initially but after years of Latisse and getting my eyelashes long and how I want them. they are broken, fried, not uniform, I can't even wear mascara. I have had the worst luck with stylist since moving to SA 3 years ago. My last gal, was 15-45 mins late every appt, I finally got fed up with her wasting my time. After planning something nice for myself (as a mother, I rarely do) I was incredibly upset that this new stylist stood me up on a Wednesday afternoon. So on my way back home, I figured I'd at least stop in to see if someone could salvage my day. I walked in about a min before her next client, Sofy consoled me and assured me that if I could wait 15mins for her to do a quick male trim, she would take care of me. It wasn't any easy ask either, I needed a trim, root touch up and highlights on a whim. Luckily for me, she didn't have anything else booked for her afternoon, so it became the beginning of a lovely relationship. Sofy is an Indian angel and I believe things worked out that day, the way they did, so that I could meet Sofy, my lovely new stylist. I'll be taking the whole family next!

I got maybe 5-8 minutes of numbing so the rest was pretty painful. It could've just been me/my brows not reacting well to it. I wasn't here for any services, I tagged along with my sister-in-law for her threading appointment. They were pretty quick with her eyebrows but did argue with her a little bit on how she wanted her eyebrows arched (I hate this). If you're in the area and need a nice threading salon, I'd definitely give this one a try...instead of the kiosks that have you sitting out in the middle of the mall so everyone can breathe on and gawk at you.
