At the end of my first appt they also quickly talked me into putting a deposit down for the next appt and they wouldn't refund me just a few days later. Very disappointed. Update: They have now texted me personally after I posted my review. Very weird. I gave an honest review of my experience. At the new place I went, The Removery, they provided ice packs prior, aftercare packet with soap and moisturizer like Vaseline and went over a timeline with me. Worlds of difference.
