Loved this place as long as I picked the right person to do my eyebrows, which would be the manager. I allowed two other women and that was a mistake. One had a heavy hand, which the manager corrected this for me and informed the employee. Next time a different lady had another heavy hand. I allowed it to slide. Went my last time and the lady was doing something on her on her phone. I sat and she began. I noticed she wasn't paying to much attention because she was still worried about her phone, when she finished and got the scissors to trim she ended up cutting me with the scissors. Deep cut where she draw a lot of blood. After she did it she replied, that sometimes happens. I recently moved to SA and decided to check this place out because of the good reviews. I got eyebrow threading which was affordable, $8. I only saw a guy and he had good looking eyebrows so I thought maybe he's good. WRONG. I have no shape on my eyebrows. This was before I told him to fix my right eyebrow and he fucked it up more. Quick in and out. Went to get my lashes done and they fell off a day later. Called to get my money back and they told me no. They just give you a gift certificate to go back to get more shitty work done. She even kept her tip. I wouldn't recommend going here for lashes. Not worth the 37$. I've been here a couple of times and I never get the same person. Usually this would make me nervous but since having a go-to place is a process I have given them a chance. It's paid off every single time. I let them know how I like my brows to generally look and they always deliver. Never do they take off too much or too little. It's a far drive for me but with their skills and the price It's definitely worth it. I haven't tried any of their other services but I'd be willing to try one day. read more

I've been coming here for a little over 2 years now. I love it here, only reason it's a 4 star is because sometimes it gets packed and the wait time can be a little long. With that being said, I absolutely love Clarissa! She tints my eyebrows and does great each time, friendly and wonderful cusomter service. I went on a week vacation came back and my friends eyebrows were still looking amazing and fresh as did mine thanks to the threading there and the tint we both did there. This place is awful never go there! If I could give it zero stars I would. I told the lady I wanted hair left and to leave my eyebrows thick and just to clean them up. I have had my eyebrows threaded for YEARS and never have had such a bad experience. I told her she was really hurting me on my left eyebrow but she kept going and when I pulled back she had literally taken off half of the eyebrows! They are so extremely thin she did not listen to a word I said when I told her I wanted them cleaned up. And then she had nothing to say other than argue with me about what I asked for. On top of it all my eyebrows are unevenly thin, they don't match at all not even close. The store manager (I assume) said she was sorry and would make them match. Like I would want my only decent eyebrow to match the sharpie thin one. Never would go back to this place for any of their services!!! I suggest you heed my warning and do the same. read more

Needed to find a new eyebrow threading salon since moving to SA and I initially was going to go to a different salon (ended up being closed), so decided to come here and I will not be back. Maybe if I had a different person threading, I would be back, but I will try to look elsewhere. I've been getting my brows threaded for 4 years now and have never bled until coming to this salon today. I still had hairs in between my eyebrows after I told the person that there were obvious missed spots in between my brows. I'm not sure if the person I had was new or what, but her threading style was very rough and not fluid (which is probably why she only charged me $8 and it was supposed to be $12, had brow and lip done). She did not have a name tag or didn't tell me her name so that I could advise some constructive criticism to this particular threader. There was no fluidity in her technique to make my experience bearable. read more

So I usually always go here and typically love it. I literally drive all the way across town to get my eyebrows done here. I've had my eyebrows done by all of the staff members and they have all done an amazing job... until today! I'm guessing they have hired people recently because there were women working that I've never seen, but since everyone else was good I figured it would be okay for someone newer to do my eyebrow!!! WRONG! I have 2 completely different eyebrow shapes! One is decent looking and the other one is no where near the same shape as the other! I have thicker sized eyebrows because I like that look but now one is super thin compared to the other!!! I have never been more disappointed with my eyebrows!!!! Looks like I'll have to grow out my eyebrows for a while now. BEWEAR OF NEW STAFF!!!!! The lady even asked if I had gaps in my eyebrows when she just actually took too much hair off and you can tell! She even started asking me if I fill in my eyebrows which I don't, I'm guessing she knew she didn't do a great job herself! read more
