I have gone to so many nail techs and never was really happy with them. My nail beds are large hard to fit etc. I went to Lydia she is now my forever nail tech! She custom fit my nails and they are the best. Very satisfied. I also bought a new nose ring and discovered they do everything. Permanent make up, piercing. read more

This story is so sad that you allowed this poor girl to come in to your salon and had the audacity too put her through what I would call a living hell. How dare you make someone feel that way! Without looking at my fb messenger. She responded on text to me it's too late. Then I went to fb saw this message: From Sabrina G. It's really fucking road that you can't even confirm when I ran down the situation you I have a brand new baby I only work two days a week I'm a single fucking mom that pays over $3200 and fucking bills a month off for two days a fucking week I asked you to give me notice if you weren't gonna fucking be there it's really fucking disrespectful so I said I hope your holidays go to fucking shit like mine because I'm gonna end up homeless because it disrespectful people like you. Went to get my nails done today at Glamorous salon by a lady named Holly Chaney. I strongly discourage anybody from going there. Firstly, she arrived ten minutes late to my appointment. I showed her a picture of what I wanted them to look like in the beginning and then she made them way too short. During this she went on her phone about 3 times. When I tried to tell her that my nails were too thick(as she was doing them) and asked her to drill them down a little bit she got very irritated(which made me feel like I couldn't ask her to change anything and tell her what I wanted for my nails). It wasn't until the end when she told me that they only take cash not card and gave me permission to take my husband home from work and pick up the cash. I picked up my husband, took him home, then went to go to the ATM. As I was doing this I really realized how crooked and thick they were. I messaged her some pictures of them and asked if she would take $5 off of my total for all the mistakes. This is what she says, "You owe $25 you need to come pay me (the owners says you need to pay, you were too get money and come right back), if you have a problem with them come back here with in 15 min and I will fix them. You looked at them and you were fine with the length but yes I will make them even. It's theft of services." Woah, first of all, "Theft of services"?! She TOLD me I could leave to get my husband and get money. Now she's accusing me of stealing. Second, I never said I was fine with the length, I told her they were too short before I even left. She wanted me to come back so she could fix them, and I was fine with that. I get there and she doesn't say anything; just holds her hand out for the money. She starts drilling them down. Very rigorously. I said "ouch" a few times because she kept drilling my cuticle off. When I finally said "please be careful, that hurts", she threw her hands in the air. "That doesn't hurt(as they were bleeding), when you pull your hands away it makes it worse! I am done helping you." And literally throws my money back at me. So there I am with one hand the way it was and the other hand all lumpy and drilled down. All the while the manager(and even clients!)were sitting next to us cheering her on. As I was getting up to go, I asked if they have a website where I can review them and the MANAGER says, "Yep, go ahead, we'll just delete your review.". All of this to say that I tried to explain in a calm way how I felt, and was not validated at all. I felt ganged up on and not safe in their environment. If you want to be treated with respect, do not go there. read more

I don't do salons. This salon is the reason why. I got a manicure and was talked into nails. I wanted to get something short and sweet. My nails we're extremely thick and I was highly dissatisfied. The employee was really pushy and very disrespectful. I talked the very rude employee into a discount and went home and basically ripped my nails off. I highly recommend NOT going to this salon. Horrible service. I'm not even sure how they are in business. read more

This salon offers piercings, so I naively went here on March 6th 2015 to get a double tongue piercing. I really wish I hadn't. Not only was Wendy gossiping away with a customer the whole time I was in there, she didn't mark my tongue at all. She just clamped and eyeballed it. This made for a super uneven crooked piercing. Also, due to the placement, today I had to take them out. It has been over 9 months and they still had not healed. I had done everything I could have. I ordered niobium tongue bars that were custom sized so that healing could go as smooth as possible, did salt water rinses, and everything. No dice. Due to the placement and how close they were to the veins, they wouldn't heal. So now I'm going to wait to try again. I'll start by going to an actual piercer. Perhaps Wendy shouldn't advertise piercings if she has no clue how to place them. read more

I had my nails done by the owner Wendy for my wedding. They were so thick and embarrassing. When I asked her if she could make them thinner she became rude and nasty and said she couldn't. They were over half an inch thick! While my friend was getting her nails done I sat there and started filing them off. I was so embarrassed!! Horrible job and even worse attitudes. She spent the whole time we were there yelling and swearing at young kids there. I strongly do not recommend this place! read more
