A haircut should never result in a child leaving injured. The area was visibly red and irritated when we got home, and it was obvious the clippers had been used far too aggressively. As a parent, it's upsetting to trust someone with your child only to have them come home in pain. This wasn't just a less-than-perfect haircut--it was a lack of care and attention to basic safety. I have photos documenting the injuries and hope management takes this seriously, addresses it with the stylist, and ensures this doesn't happen to another customer. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning.
