Positive reviews here are fake. They lie there are no master cutters here they don't even understand the concept of texturizing or piecing hair out. They cannot cut a current Fringe nor do they have any interest in learning. This is the absolute bottom of the barrel of the industry. This industry needs a purge. As a new client who just moved to the area & was looking for a salon, the 20% off discount I received via email was nice. It would've been nicer had they honored it. I showed them the email & they said I needed to find the redemption code or they wouldn't apply it. I couldn't find it, but I had the email handy & showed them the promotion. Nope, not good enough. It's their email, they should know what it is. I don't work there, why would I know the correct code to punch in their computer? So I didn't tip. The cut was very mediocre anyway & the "stylist" didn't do as I asked anyway, I just wanted it flat ironed after the blow dry, that also never happened. Will never return. read more

My family and I followed hairstylist, Leann, from her previous location to this one. She has been our hairstylist for years. Leann is very attentive, courteous and talented. Although we always have our hair done by Leann, my observations of the other hairstylists working their has always been positive. They are present and courteous with their clients. Not very happy with the haircut I received. I asked for an angled textured bob and even showed a picture as too what I wanted done and the girl looked like she had no clue as to what she was doing, now it's too short to even fix because she messed up the long one and than still messed up after cutting the back shorter to angle the front. I will not be going back to this hair salon. Moved to the area and need to find a new salon and I'm sorry but this is not it. I stopped by just to get my hair washed no drying or staying. There was one stylist who had a client in her chair and someone from the back came to ask me what I needed while another stylist was just hanging around. After I told her what I needed she said everyone was busy and turned me away. A service that takes no longer than 10 minutes was turned away simply because they didn't want to do it. My hair is pretty knotted around the neck area. The purpose of this scathing review is this; if I don't fucking ask you the cost for services don't fucking TELL me simply because you don't think I can afford it based off of my appearance. it's an insult and degrading. I said I didn't ask you for prices I have money" They all just looked at me. Do not judge a book by its cover. It took two girls to brush out my hair, it was brutal, painful, why the haste? Why 2 girls? Because they wanted to save ME money. So now to straighten. Natalia had the smallest straightened iron, which I would have been in that chair for days at the rate she was going. I'd had enough I said stop I'm done. I didn't want to use my card so I text my hubby to bring in cash. They don't take hundred dollar bills and pointed to the sign. I pay the $28 and leave her five dollars she's lucky. Shes lucky she got five dollars. The moral of the story is had they not assumed I looked like I didn't have money. My bi-racial daughter was denied services because "her hair was too curly." We were also informed that she would be charged extra because of her "curly hair." Then they told her she has to straighten her hair before she comes to recieve services. We feel she was being discriminated against due to her race. I was completely shocked at this and will never reccomend this inexperienced salon or stylists to my dog. Dont waste your time. read more

This review is not necessarily pertaining to the whole staff, just the butcher that hacked my hair. If I had woken up early to find someplace that I could pay to make me look worse, then I would be satisfied. But that's not the case. A number one on the side and faded, scissored on the top doesn't seem like difficult directions to follow. I should have realized what I was in for when the shaky stylist needed two hands to use the clipper. I wish I had asked for a standard bowl cut because that would have been better than the "style" I received. If you go here stay away from the older women in black hair whose chair is located in the center, unless of course it's Halloween and you need to look like a hideous creature on crack. read more

I'm the type of person who really has no idea what the hell they want in a haircut, all I know is when it's time to go get one. I've been to other places where people are almost frustrated with not knowing or really caring what happens with my hair, but had no issues here. Amanda (I think that was her name anyway, sweet PBR tat on her arm) did her thing. I liked that we didn't have too much conversation considering how socially awkward I am. The place is okay but the girls don't seem to follow directions I went in for hair color and they only colored the top part of my head and miss the bottom part underneath my neck . When I go in for a color I expect my whole head to be colored not just the top of my head because there's gray areas that still need to be colored in other places. As service to any man who needs a short fade, i.e. 0 or 1 -- don't go here. Wear a hat. Wait for you regular barber. They can not do fade, clean-ups, or anything you can't do yourself with some clippers and a mirror. Ask your girlfriend, your kids, or your blind grandmother. Save yourself $18 + tip.
