My hair was super orange after attempting to bleach my own hair. I decided to give this hair salon a try to fix my hair after reading the good reviews on here. It ended up being perfect. Vivian helped me get rid of the orange hair and transformed it to brown with blonde highlights. She saved my hair and it looks so good now! Hello I was parked at the laundromat in the back and one of your workers who's didn't want to reveal her information, older woman white fizzy hair, slammed her back door to my car multiple times and was hysterical and non cooperative she said the owners left for vacation and there is no manager. I've been going to get my hair done with Vivian since 2014. She did my hair color for my wedding, which turn out great. I stopped shortly after that since I had kids and couldn't get around to focus on me. I finally returned recently and she did an amazing job, like always. We had a great consultation on what I was looking for since it was a while that I've done my hair. She listened and provided feedback, but ultimately did what I decided upon. Love my hair! I've gotten a lot of compliments and I thank Vivian for kick starting my journey back to self care. I highly recommend her work! read more

She's flexible with scheduling & is honest about what styles & colors are best for you/your face. It's always positive & upbeat and very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. I've been getting haircuts from Grace for about 9-10 years now. She's hands down my favorite hair stylist. In those years, I haven't been going to her exclusively for haircuts either, so I think I have a pretty good idea of what other barbers and stylists are doing out there. She just recently moved to this location from an adjacent plaza. A lot of stylists and barbers have a hard time adapting to their individual clients' unique requests, so can't give their clients what they want. They're just good at one, two, maybe three haircuts. Barbers especially. But Grace has been giving me all kinds of haircuts in the past 9 years, and it's been a real variety the kinds of styles we've entertained. Mullet halfway down my back, done. Square top military cut, sick. High top fade, bring it. Soft perm, lol that was a good one. Clean, traditional men's cut, easy as pie. She's versatile and truly skilled - you can tell immediately by the way her hands move. Simply the best I've found in 9-10 years. And she's nice too. read more

5 stars for Vivian! I've been coming to Vivian for years and somehow she just nails it every time. It's comforting knowing that I can come into see my hairstylist and with very minimal direction, she's able to color my hair the exact way I envisioned it. I usually save highlights for the spring/ summer time but I got a started early and wanted winter highlights. I asked Vivian to not make the highlights too light as it is still winter. She was able to color my hair to a light golden brown, just enough to give dimension to my hair and break away from the dreary black color. I love it! And Tim is fantastic as well! He's always helping in the salon and gives a very relaxing wash and dry! Call / text her cell phone. She's very prompt. read more

On the day of my appointment, Grace greeted me and I was seated immediately. I brought reference photos for the type of curl pattern that I wanted. Grace asked me some questions about my desired curl pattern and explained that she would be trimming my hair so that I could have more volume. My hair is flat so I agreed with her suggestion. Once my hair was trimmed and we discussed the curl pattern, she began the perming process. She talked me through the process of the curly perm and helped me feel comfortable during my appointment. It was busy that day but Grace always made time to checked on me. My appointment was about two hours long and I loved the way hair looked when she was finished. Grace gave me amazing tips on how to maintain the volume and curls, and recommended some products for me to use. She said that I could any products that I'm comfortable with, but I decided to purchase the shampoo, hair treatment, and hair moisture curl that was available at her salon. I used her products for my first hair wash, and my curls still look amazing. I'm definitely going to be buying more from her salon. I had a good experience at Glamourous Hair Salon. Grace has great customer service skills, and is very knowledgable about curl perms and hair. I love my curls and I will be back.

I also saw that Cookie had very good reviews so I decided to give her a call. She was very friendly on the phone and in person. When I walked in, she asked me what I wanted and she listened to my ideas, details, and concerns and gave me her honest opinion on what would look best for me. Like I had mentioned, I haven't gotten a haircut in 2 years so you could only imagine how long my hair was... (up to my butt). There were SO MANY tangles in my hair but Cookie was so patient and took the time to untangle each and every one of them without complaining or being grumpy or anything of that sort! She also gave me a full head of low-lights which came out AMAZING!!!! And the price was sooo affordable! Cookie helped me get over my fear of hair-cuts hahaha. vivian is my hair stylist and has been for years! she is the only person i trust to do my hair she always gets the color right with minimal damage as i always make her do it super blond.. hair creations sucks they make your hair so yellow and only a few know what there doing but you cant tell which since its ran like a chinese sweatshop over there! the girl in the first chair one time refused service on me after being a loyal customer since in was like 20 and vivian was kind to take over and do my hair and from this day forth i am glad that she does which eliminates anxiety of which person is doing your hair for that visit. vivian does a really good job and has reasonable pricing and from time to time will throw in a free hair treatment and trim! she is the best and gives me the best deals on salon shampoo like the gallon size ones for 25 bucks! thanks to vivian my haor is getting long thick again she is truly a professional hair stylist that has been through it with me through thick and thin.. i would only recommed her as she does a fantastic job everytime and makes sure her customers are 100% satisfied!.. read more

She actually explains in detail how she's going to do the hair and what damages it may cause. And of course she did amazing on me and my families hair. I went to glamorous hair and had my hair done by Cookie yesterday. I asked for a high lift tint to bleach my roots and a long layers cut. I was really happy with the results. The underneath of my hair was a mess -- over a year without touching up the roots and she did a great job lifting all the dark and brassy color out of it. Super friendly lady!
