Salon 25 is our new hair home! From the moment we walked in the door, you could tell the positive vibe and happy staff was genuine. Everyone was so happy and welcoming. Vanessa took me as a walk-in yesterday and transformed my hair. She was quick to show me inspiration pics after I told her what I wanted and so thorough in making sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it. I was so impressed I brought my daughter back to her today and again, Vanessa was able to give her exactly what she wanted. After watching all them stylists yesterday and today, I'm convinced I could book with anyone there and be happy with the results. So many smiling faces and amazing cuts/styles! During the shampoo, you receive a hot towel scalp and neck massage (this was AMAZING). I sent my hair inspo (there was about 4) prior to my appt and she acknowledged and remembered all details from the image. Since the inspos were slightly different with face framing on some and not others she made sure to ask if I wanted the same face framing trim. I requested for about 4 inches off the back. Tracy was my stylist and did an amazing job from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable with the length before cutting. As I waited for the 20+ mins to let my color sit, I used the massage chair and foot massager and was blown away by how relax I was. Everyone was super genuine and nice! I was greeted by Chris as I came in and within a few minutes I was seated. Vanessa took her time listening to my concerns and what I wanted since I was going from long hair to a super short cut. She took the time to listen to previous bad haircuts I had gotten because the other salons didn't understand my wavy hair texture and made recommendations. Then Lynn shampooed and massaged my hair and it was super relaxing. It felt like attending a family get together and everyone was funny and conversational. After the haircut, Vanessa really took the time to show me how to style my hair and what products she used to get the low maintenance short hair look. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
