Gina, is the reason I will never return that along with the fact that the owner, Tom has not responded to the 5 calls Ive made. She butchered my hair to the point of me being in tears in the chair. I asked what she was doing and she abruptly stopped and walked away getting another sytlist. No remorse, no apology. Ive never experienced a salon visit like this especially from Salon Voss. The salon has gone down hill and the customer service is horid. Not sure what happened to the great stylists they once had! I used to refer everyone there, never again.
