My main issue is with the stylist i've seen both times. The first time was a great hair cut especially since i was desperate and it was to make sure i dont look overgrown/ unprofessional at my work. I've been getting my hair done from someone else for my whole life, and the stylist doing my cut here, was in my opinion working with a good base since i was only a couple weeks overdue for my normal hair cut time. So the first hair cut was my normal standard and enjoyed some of the different techniques and textures from this first experience, something to note was the stylist needed help with staying on time and had someone wash my hair for her, keep that in mind. This last time i went i was way more grown out from the last time i came in, i waited 8-9 weeks and my hair grows very fast, like 2 inches in 9 weeks fast. Like the first time, someone had to help her with getting me washed up for the hair cut, both ladys were nice but it felt weird that i was on time (early infact) where as she was still putting color in another lady's hair when the hand me in the chair and i was finished with the wash. That may be industry standard to some but i wasnt a fan of that. Then when she came to cut my hair, i told her what i wanted and somewhat delivered? The hair cut is uneven, some parts didnt get cut or shaved off (i have shaved sides) and i weirdly long part of my bangs that should've been addressed in the appointment but i didnt notice all the parts that needed to be done till i got home when i was able to get a really good look. I had to even shave off a chunck of hair by my left temple because it looked off with it there and was not shaved down properly. Overall i enjoyed the experience of going there and the way everyone is friendly but not the result i was hoping for honestly. I will be going back to my other stylist for my next hair cut so she can fix the uneven hair cut and I'm thankful she is available again. I recommend them overall but definitely make sure you like your haircut before you leave or you might end up uneven depending on the stylist.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SALON WITH UNTRAINED STAFF…read more It is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable for a business to hold its clients to a rigid standard while failing to offer even a baseline level of professional courtesy in return. Turning a child away at the door due to being ill-equipped and ill-prepared is something no parent should have to navigate. Our stylist Dani K. canceled on us twice in a row then called us with an attitude and she's a manager. Our next stylist, Sarah M. honestly expressed that she didn't even know how to do our daughter's hair after Audrey at the front desk assured us that we would not be canceled or rescheduled on again. Well guess what? We were rescheduled on again, for a third time. If I were to cancel my appointment without a 24-hour notice, this salon would eagerly enforce their strict cancellation policy and charge me without a second thought. Yet, they apparently feel completely justified in waiting until the exact moment my daughter and I walk through their doors to cancel on us. Their excuse for the third reschedule? They suddenly realized they were ill-prepared to do my daughter's hair. A professional establishment knows the capabilities of its stylists and communicates appropriately during the booking process. Waiting until we arrive to turn a child away is not only cowardly and blatantly unprofessional, but it also feels incredibly targeted. Do not spend your money at a business that demands your respect but refuses to treat you or your family with basic human dignity. Our daughter missed three days of summer camp because of this place.
