I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend. I initially came in for lip blushing and had high expectations after doing thorough research on the process. I fully understood that the initial color would be bold and then fade/peel into a more natural result. However, after my first session, there was barely any pigment deposited at all and it was uneven. my lips didn't peel, which is typically part of the healing process, attached picture of initial session. I communicated my concerns and returned for a second session within the 7 days for a free touch up hoping to build more color. Unfortunately, the experience during the second appointment felt very rushed. I did not feel like I had the time or space to properly discuss adjustments (such as going darker or doing another pass), as I was quickly moved out due to another appointment. There is also concern about how sanitary the process was. Seems like that went out the door. She didnt map my lips, and frequently went on her phone with the same gloves she was tattooing me with. Now, after spending hundreds of dollars, there is still no visible difference in my lips. I reached out on 4/3 to follow up on my results and did not receive a response. I sent a follow-up message on 4/8, again with no reply. When I finally heard back, I was told she was on vacation "until next Thursday," which would have been 4/16. It is now 4/24, and I still have not received any meaningful follow-up or resolution, and likely will never hear back from her again, thus this review and needing others to know what kind of business owner she is. This lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and feels unprofessional--especially considering I was reaching out about concerns with the service. It's hard not to feel like messages are prioritized differently when it comes to booking new clients versus addressing issues. I did purchase a Groupon for the tint and I wonder if it has anything to do with that or if she treats all concerned customers the same. I can't tell which is worse. Additionally, I felt that accountability was lacking. My concerns were repeatedly attributed to me being "scared of color," which is not accurate. I relied on the provider's professional expertise to guide pigment selection and clearly set expectations. As a client, I should not have to guess whether the outcome will be visible after multiple sessions and additional costs. She also gives conflicting information about the healing process. I was then told that I would need to pay an additional $200 for another touch-up to achieve a noticeable result. At this point, I'm not comfortable continuing to invest more money (and pain!!) without having seen even a baseline level of results from the initial services. Overall, this experience has been frustrating from both a results and customer service standpoint. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and look elsewhere for services. There are plenty of other PMU that offer deals for lip blushing etc. that have more reviews that you can rely on. read more

Annette did my lips blush and it turned out perfect. I showed her the color I wanted and it came out the exact same color. Annette is super sweet and patient. She took her time doing everything carefully so it would turn out perfect. She told me what to expect after she was done but still.....after she finished I was a little freaked out because the color was so bright and plus my lips were swollen so it was Hugh. I know big lips are in and some women love that but for me my lips were already big so to see it even bigger was not something I wanted. She said don't worry the swelling will go down and the colors will fade and sure enough within a couple of days the color did fade to the exact color I had picked out. After I got home I put a little cube inside a zip lock bag and iced my lips. The swelling went down by the next day so I was happy about that. Your lips will dry and start flaking but I took care of it like she told me to which was to keep it moist and DO NOT pick the scab. Trust the process and it will turn out perfect. I LOVE it and now I won't have to waste money on lip stick and even better my lips look good all the time. Annette did such a great job and I'm so happy with her that I made another appointment to do my eye liner next. After seeing my lips, my sister and a girlfriend of mine are also going to get theirs done. read more
