I was impressed at the quick response as needed to have cleaning done at short notice as was just plain tired to do it myself . They kept contact to provide an eta. Two people cleaned the one bathroom, a study and bedroom and living room with a tiny kitchen. They cleaned quite well . It should have cost less so thought it was much more expensive than necessary . We just had a house cleaning from Queen Cleaning Services. The house is spotless. Everything sparkles, nothing missed. Even my cluttered desk got polished. Even the dog's dish is shining! The windows cleaned, bathtub, sinks, pretty much everything in the house minus inside the stove and fridge (Although the outside of both has been cleaned). There were three cleaners, Ana, Claudia And Lúcio. They took about 4 hours and charged much less than other services I've used in the past. My only complaint is that I should have planned ahead a little better. I didn't know what to expect time-wise. They came at 2 and finished at 6, which was a little awkward because me and my family were trying to stay out of the house to keep out of their way. We thought it would be good to work with this company but learned quickly we were mistaken. The first time they came, they did an AMAZING job. All the bells and whistles, all the details, we were thrilled. That was the only time. From then on they took shortcuts every clean. We called and said why is it so different and they wanted to upcharge for every item including small simple things. When they missed cleaning areas, we clarified and specifically asked for those certain areas to be attended to and they continually ignored the requests. They wiped around items sitting on counters, and blatantly missed many areas, never cleaned the kitchen cabinet handles, didn't scrub to get items off the floor just swept over them, and they made big black markings along ALL of our white baseboards by dragging the vaccuum along it. On top of that, they broke the gate, the stove, and a scale. They would also contact us regularly to change the schedule or to say someone had car trouble and would come another day... and while this isn't the biggest deal, none of the workers speak English, which can be very frustrating for all involved. We continued along because the prices were fair and they were generally reliable but I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

I am happy with her services. ------ I chose Queen Cleaning because of good reviews here but I'm on the fence right now. They missed a lot of spots that were obviously dirty (especially the bathroom floors). I had recently moved so the apartment was in a fairly new and clean condition and seeing the collected dust/gunks untouched made me wonder about their eyesight. They also left the garbage outside the front door - not sure if they forgot or that's just what they do. Willing to give them a benefit of doubt and see if they improve. I purchased a deep home cleaning for my mom from Ana/Queen Cleaning Service, and not only found that they were the highest rated service in the area, but the most affordable as well. They spent ALL DAY at her house, and she said it was the absolute most beautiful cleaning job she had ever seen. My mom (who is 80) is also very stubborn about doing all the cleaning herself, and has never even considered setting up a regular service, and decided that she would book Ana to do a regular cleaning every month.
