I came in and asked Angelica for silver or at least white silver, in the end I did not get what I had asked for....... Although I have been coming here for many years I will no longer. My hair is damaged, it has about 3 different colors mixed in(roots are one color, the tip of my hair are another and many strands of hair) Did I mentioned I was sitting in that chair for about 7 hours to be exact! I am not a person who argues but I definitely should of asked for a REFUND! Plus they always have you waiting and their kids are always running around and they be having other clients out before you, that got there after you. I am very disappointed and unhappy I will be providing pictures as evidence. How I came in, what I asked for and what I got. My 4th time here. It was recommended to me by a friend I asked for almost platinum highlights. 1st time I knew i was not gonna get platinum because hair needs time to lighten and knew it was going to be a few times I did highlights to achieve look. 1st time I was happy I got lighten highlights. 2nd time I felt like it could've been done but still not there yet as far as Platinum highlights. 3rd time I was so unhappy my end result was darker even the lighter highlights got darker I believe is because the base color she applied was a copper and when I showered it bled through the highlights making my highlights darker and redish blonde... something I definitely not wanted. So I called and told them what happened. I was told to go back a certain day and it'll be fixed. Well I got it fixed supposedly but my highlights are still strawberry blonde not white blonde not ash blonde... I payed $290 first time 2nd time $300 third time $250 and this time she said it was nothing because she was gonna fix it I asked for a hair treatment she charged $50 when she shouldn't have because she overprocessed my hair the 3 rd time also I cringed when my hair was washed as the girl that washed my hair every single time twisted my hair and was very rough when she was towelled drying. They should know if hair is processed especially with lightener hair is debilitated and it's going to break and get more damaged but every time my hair was rinsed it was treated roughly. I never got the platinum blonde curls I wanted ... seems like she does not know how to achieve it and just stays with the same blonde every girl at the salon has. Also there's many clients at the same time 3rd time I went she made my appt at 11when I got there the girl said they opened at 11:30 but I was welcomed to stay. Angelica the one that did my hair showed up past 12 never Apologized for being late and she still showed up and was putting her make up. Angelica, Marisela & Patti are excellent staff. These girls are sweet, educated and hard working! Their very popular and do their best to get everyone out as quick as possible. Their coloring and cut skills are spot on. I had badly damaged split ends and Angelica's consultation was detailed to give me exactly what I wanted. Her experienced recommendations brought my hair back to being healthy and looking beautiful. She also recommended ways for me to keep my hair healthy till my next visit. I recently also tried her Brazilian BlowOut, well worth the wait, money and result. Their prices are very fair (low) and I always feel welcomed and comfortable with the staff. I've had highlights, lowlights, color, cuts and now the Brazilian blow out. The products they sell and recommend are great well known brands that will extend the life of your treatment and help protect and nourish your locks. I have had wonderful experiences with Paty and the way she styles my hair! She gives the most amazing shampoos and blowdrys. As of all the places that I have gone before Glamour has been the best . I went to Glamour with really burnt and damaged hair from a previous hair salon. I tried going gray and the women completely stripped my hair burnt it and left my hair green and blue nothing close to gray. As soon as I walked in the hair saloon I felt very welcomed everyone there had an uplifting and positive vibe. I can say they truly bond and have their clients best interest at heart. the wait was ok , I KNOW THAT THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS REALLY GOOD QUALITY, and good quality work can not be rushed, I learned from the previous saloon that I went to when she was rushing to finish every ones hair and end up burning my hair which is NOT the case at Glamour . Glamour did not make me feel bad about the damage I had done to my hair from the previous saloon I went to . In fact they educated me on products that can help restore my hair after they were done fixing it, not once did they pressure me to buy their products which was great! Over all my hair came out amazing. I didn't think that my hair could be brought back to be beautiful and luscious again but Glamour made it happen .The products they used were really good. My hair felt healthy and strong the color on my hair was beautiful and vibrant. Not only did they fixed my hair and really and had my best interest at heart but they were passionate at what they did which made my experience even better .I am grateful for all their work and will continue to go to them and refer clients to them because they have all worked hard and have proved that their work is good through many clients. read more
