I will preface this review by saying Vivian did give me a $20 refund for this haircut and was very apologetic. I contemplated writing this review but I was truly SO upset with this haircut. I came to Vivian to get a trim, layer refresh, and bang trim. I have had bangs for years and they have truly never been this bad. They were choppy and VERY uneven. My left bangs were right above my eyebrow while my right bangs were in a perfect swoop. It was impossible to fix without cutting the right side shorter which I didn't want to do because I HATED how short the left side was. Additionally the short bangs starts in the middle of my head. All in all, I got this haircut right before my Europe trip trusting Vivian and her skills and it was a total let down. This may have just been a one off but wanted to post this to warn other girls about getting their bangs cut here. read more

I haven't colored my hair in 15+ years and Vivian absolutely worked her magic on my hair. For someone who basically had virgin jet black hair, she understood exactly what I wanted and made sure that I LOVED my hair. It came out lighter than I anticipated the first time around but Vivian made sure that it came out how I wanted, so I went back to her a week later to tone it down. my first time here from a referral and did not disappoint. parking isn't an issue which i love! you have to get buzzed in before entering so the feel of safety gives such a peace of mind. they have a fully stocked fridge for beverages and a fully stocked snack cart which is so sweet for those long sessions! they even have a cute pink keurig for the coffee girlies. they even had a phone charger readily available for my dying phone. everything is jus so well thought out. the vibe in the salon is so welcoming, the comfort of being in a space of 'girl power' is so hard to come by in any salon space. viv and sunny made me feel really comfortable to talk about anything and everything. they were so compassionate, it was like a therapy session hahahh it's very rare to find a salon that can become a safe space for women. so i definitely appreciate that a lot. i would definitely be returning and recommending them to my friends and family. read more

I haven't had my hair cut professionally in almost 5 years, so I definitely needed a cut. I chose So Fetch based on the yelp reviews (and it also helped that they are located very close to home), and it did not disappoint. Sunny gave life back to my dull, thick hair with face-framing and overall layers! She is also very personable and bubbly making the whole experience amazing. I am very bad at getting my hair cut but I am so happy I found a stylist who understood my hair and gave me what I needed. I will try my best to come back (especially once postpartum hair loss hits). I usually don't like to dye my hair because I'm scared it will dry out or look dead after a while but Sunny is so good at what she does. My hair felt super healthy and smooth even after all the lightening we had to do since my hair is originally black. She did a Smokey denim blue balayage on me. Sunny also knows her stuff. We went to So Fetch Salon and had an amazing experience with Vivian. I went for a color and dye and I brought my 4 year old son for a haircut. My son, who is a ball of energy, was so entranced by his conversation with Vivian that he sat still the whole time. She talked him through the process and chatted with him the whole time. He's even asking to go back! I am a very low maintenace hair person so I explained to Vivian I wanted to go lighter but in a style that requires less maintenace. Through her recommendation, she ended up giving me the exact color I want in a Balayage style. I LOVE it! The color, cut, styling, was everything I wanted.
