My stylist T (Ms.Tdidthat) has a booth here and I've been coming here for the last 2 years. T always does my hair to perfect regardless of what style I come with. She's always on time and finishes in a timely manner. I never have to worry about being skipped over or waiting for ever in the shampoo bowl or under the drawer. She plans her appointments in perfect time. The shop is a great place to be! It's always clean and neat. All the stylist follow the rules and keep their areas on point. There are no kids allowed in the show unless they are being served so that allows the shop to have a real relaxing grown up vibe. Dreya is the owner and she def makes everyone feel welcome. The music is always on something smooth at a decent level so you can hear each other without straining. All the artist are respectful and all the clients seem to get along. This isn't a messy shop where there's a lot of gossiping. It's really kind of a sisterhood, the regulars no each other and the walk ins are welcomed. For the stuff she specializes in....the owner is on point. I went to her several times back around 2018 and maybe 2019? Anyway, she is one of the best extension stylists I've ever seen. If you need that done she slays. Now....wigs and crochet. I had her make a wig for me. I have a tiny head...and the wig was so tiny that my little 5 year old niece couldn't wear it. As for her crochet braids...I'll take 30 percent of the blame. I brought hair she didn't know how to use. I asked her if she wanted to reschedule so I could get a different kind, she said nope she could do it. I got up from her chair feeling something was off...I went to touch my hair and she straight up told me not to touch it for awhile. Drove from her salon straight to Sacramento and my crochet literally fell out during the trip. Turn my head to the left too strongly or the right...and the rest is history. The few that were left I was able to lightly tug out while I was parallel parking. So that hairstyle lasted all of 2 hours. I went to someone else and told her about it later. She asked me why did I go to someone else, she would have given me a discount on my next service. This and the wig incident were back to back. I just couldn't bring myself to go back. read more

Andreya did a great job straightening my 4C hair. My hair stayed straight for 2 weeks which is unheard of for me, my hair usually only lasts 3-4 days. She was super friendly too, and the salon is clean and easy to find. There was a little bit of a wait, but I went on a holiday when Andreya was the only person in the salon and even then the wait wasn't all that bad, it took just under 3 hours to wash, deep condition, blow dry, and flat iron, and trim. And the price was super reasonable. I was able to book and pay online with Style Seat too which was really convenient. My only complaint was that she used a paddle brush instead of wide tooth comb to detangle my hair, and she didn't put heat protectant or leave in before blow drying. That being said though, my hair was still super healthy and soft and didn't have any heat damage after I washed it, so I didn't take off any stars for this. read more

Please do not get your hair done by Andreya's husband. He ruined my hair. He was supposed to a simple flat iron and trim it. He cut five inches and styled it. The style was cute for 8 days. I washed it out and my natural hair was completely damaged. I have to wear protective styles for at least a year until my hair will be back to normal. IF you care about the health of your natural hair underneath your weave, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON !!!!! The owners husband has ruined the crown of my hair with his sloppy weaving with glue" technique". He only addresses the way the weave hair appears! Leaving your natural hair underneath, dry and ignored at at best! If you want healthy hair, DONT GO HERE! If you do, make sure you only allow Andreya to do your hair, that way you just may leave with your hair on your head, not in your comb. She hasn't done my hair, but the lady's I've seen leave her chair seemed happy. I will be contacting the state license board about her staff, as no one goes to a salon to have their hair more damaged than before they received services. read more

So I made an appointment here because it's near by and I needed a trim .. read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. First I had made an appointment to blow dry spot by the lake but since I needed a trim I cancelled it. Well let me tell you they guy that blew dry my hair was such an amateur. He said worked at blow dry bar in the city.. well that's very telling if that's the case there is no way I would get my hair done there. My hair needed a flat iron and they never mentioned nor did they have any pricing information posted anywhere. They charged and extra 20.00 for flat iron .. wtf ? I have never been to a hair salon when they do your hair they charge extra for use of styling product .. it's ludicrous. My hair would never have been finished they way he blew my hair Out .. the other salon person said how beautiful and I was thinking .. really geez .. how are you in business!?! Don't expect quality service from Andreya. She's the owner and sole stylist in the shop. I was fooled by the classy website and big words only to discover that it is all foolery. Services are priced for the big league but outcome is for the minors. I paid for a wig. Big talk about how she could hook it up but when it was finished, it was nothing like I expected. She never measured me, never showed me hair samples (my mistake for being a noob at it), and it didn't fit, nor was it the grade hair I had asked for. Then she refused to fix the issue. I can really appreciate not only the flexibility but the honesty that Andreya possesses. She is my go-to for sew-in hair weaves; as well as hair trims, deep conditioners, and press and curls. She is extremely honest and will not commit to doing a style that she does not have the "know how" or mastery of expertise. There have also been instances where she would just honestly tell me that a certain style might be a bad idea for my hair. I appreciate the service that I receive every time I come in to the shop. On the rare instances where I have found myself dissatisfied, Andreya always makes it a point to go above and beyond to rectify the issue. I came in to buy some hair from here that she sells ( 3 bundles for 280) and I'm very disappointed. She told me this is good quality hair which was a LIE! My hair is always tangling up and I loose so much hair trying to brush through it gentle with my brush. I've gon through a whole bottle in detangler spray in a damn week dealing with this mess. I maintain every my hair very well being that it usually lasts me up to 1 year. There is no reason why this hair should be tangling up so frequently when. I twist it every night before I got to bed and moisturize it. I'd rather have bought my hair smelling like corn chips from Hair candy then buy hair ever again from this place. NEVER AGAIN. Here is once again another post on behalf of my lovely older sister and mother (whom it seems as though I live vicariously through more and more with every passing year)! First and foremost the owner Andreya is probably the sweetest woman I've ever met. We have come here a couple of times for trims and have always been greeted with an extremely friendly atmosphere. She is also very knowledgeable and guided us through the appointment on maintenance techniques and what would look best on us! This place also perfectly caters to our multiracial background  (South American and Chinese)! Its definitely hard to find a salon that understands how to deal with our hair, but they are absolute pros here! My sister came in to get her hair dyed back to its original dark brown color. She had dyed it herself originally and was finally done with that fleeting hype. We came in at 5:30 and after a few preliminary quest  (color, lenght, and amount of maintenance she puts in her hair) Andreya got started right away! About 2 hours later my Big Sister's hair was so awesome! The color was exactly like her roots and it looked super healthy too! Next up was Mommy! Who had concerns about her alopecia, but wanted a full sewn in weave. Once again Andreya started the appointment quickly and really listened to my mother's concerns. The weave only took an 1 hour and a half, and Andreya was a great conversationalist (I'm pretty sure my mother didn't even notice us slipping out to the store)! Her hair looked killer by the end of the appointment :) Andreya never disappoints, she is so skilled in different types of textures and styles! A true aficionado of hair styling!
