My experience here was horrible. I had my eyebrows threaded incorrectly. I naturally have thick brows. After my service, my eyebrows were thinned out. I had white marks on top of my eyebrows and eyelids due to over-threading my brows. Although I understand that they will grow, due to the employer's lack of knowledge on how to thread, it will take me months to regrow my eyebrows. As a result of my experience, I am writing this review to share with others and hope that it doesn't happen to anyone else. This review can be taken into account if the owner is having complaints. Completely ruined the eyebrows I've been growing out for months. I went in for a regular clean up and asked them to ensure not to take too much off, not only did she completely thin out my eyebrows, she gave them the weirdest shape. I didn't ask her to shape them at all mind you, just wanted a clean up. And then afterwards she has the nerve to argue with me when I told her I didn't like them, instead of admitting that the shape of them was ruined. And then she told me, if I fill them in then they'll look fine.....I don't want to fill them in, I just want them to be fine.... Needless to say, I will not be returning. I don't recommend this place this happened yesterday Sunday. I am very upset, I went in and asked for my eyebrows to be waxed because I have Pain when they thread it so for me wax is always better. She was waxing I thought the pain twice I told her to stop. She kept saying my skin was so sensitive I told her no she's bringing me. I went in today to get an eyebrow threading done. The girl there was nice but when she was finished I noticed that she had not cleaned up the below my eyebrows properly, and there was a cut above my eyebrow and another one below. She told me that the cuts were normal. I told her that they were not because I have never been cut by anyone that had ever done my eyebrows before. I had also broken out with tiny small bumps around eyebrows which has never happened to me anywhere else. To me, these bumps suggest a not so clean work area. read more

I'm pissed. I went in with my mom today. The First Lady who I believe is the owner is super nice. She was patient with my mom. But listen the skinny tall lady with dark hair SHES a no. Everytime I come in here she's rude and rushes so guess what? It was not what I asked and not even the cleaning was done right. This is not a place to go if your picky about the detailed of your eye brows. First time 2 stars. A year later decided to give them another go. Completely different experience. Not a single cut - and I got my eyebrows and upper lip done and although I teared up the entire time - no bleeding this time around. Inexpensive and friendly service. I walked in on Tuesday afternoon. My concern with the service is the 8 significant cuts below my lip and another one above it. I was literally sliced 9 times. My eyebrows look fine and I don't have any cuts from that part of the service. I don't think I can go back if that is part of the deal. read more

I went here a couple times for my first time and it wasn't so bad. I went here a third time recently and the older lady who threaded my eyebrows broke my skin on my upper eyelid and basically cut me. I know it was hurting more than usual while I was sitting in the chair and had no clue what was going on, but I sat there and took the pain. The next day I saw the very visible cut on my eyelid. No wonder it hurt like hell. I think she over-threaded it trying to get a lingering hair and cut me instead. Anyways, I don't think I'll be going back here and risk getting the last lady I got. Also, it's really unprofessional to have a picture of someone's butt (on the second page of pictures) for an establishment. The second bad decision happened when I sat in that chair. She did it super fast and I ran out and jumped in my car without even seeing what the damage was. Did I say what my third bad decision was?
