This review is overdue; we discovered Dominique's expertise by accident (or fate). I'd been looking for a reliable place for brows since my go to gal moved out of state and left me flitting between shops and referrals, but none good enough that would compel one to stay. Mind you, we've never been, even though we've always driven by and have known about the mini mall.
