I had to find a new eyelash place since I had a bad experience at my last one - plus it was in Ontario and I'm in downtown Riverside. Since this place had good Yelp reviews, I thought I give it a try and it is right down the street from me. I'm so glad I did because Tanya and her staff are WONDERFUL! I go to their location on Market street next to Simple Simons (which is FANTASTIC too!). Not only does Tanya do a FABULOUS job on my lashes, her whole staff is really great. Frank (the manager) is very professional and greets you as soon as you come in and always offers to help me get up the stairs (I'm on crutches) or asks if I need anything. I really look forward to coming here every two weeks! My lashes last longer and look much better than the last place I used to go to (Alyssa spa and lashes I think?). I had my eyelashes done by Tanya in the past when I went on a trip to Hawaii and the work was so good that they lasted for a long time. My sister's wedding is coming up and she wanted eyelash extensions. I recommended this place because of my previous experience. I messaged Tanya and let her know about our wedding. She was very helpful and right away did all she could to schedule appointments for me, my sister and my mom around the same time on the same day. Her staff is so friendly and helpful. I had Gaby do my lashes which came out wonderfully! Tanya did my sister's lashes (the bride) and I believe it was Van that took care of my mom. We are all very happy with our lashes. Tanya and her staff treated us like family. Gaby is super nice and friendly. The location has been remodeled and it looks amazing. So I never write reviews but since Tanya did such a great job she gets a review from me ;) she is the first person I have gone to to get eyelash extensions and I must say I felt no pain, no burning I barely felt her doing anything. It was very relaxing I almost fell asleep to the relaxing music in the room. She makes you feel comfortable. I'm glad I went to her. I've looked at other places and had friends suggest places they go to but I like to try other people and especially someone who knows what they are doing and she does. I walked out with beautiful light weight,natural looking eyelashes. I love them and def will recommend Tanya to anyone and will be going back.... I purchased a Groupon a month ago and was s bit apprehensive going to a new lash place because I went to the same person for years. I wanted to find a place closer to home, decided to try Glamourlash, and am so happy I did! I initially made an appointment with the owner based on reviews. I arrived at my appointment and was helped by Sara(h) instead. I was told by the receptionist that the owner only comes in a couple of times a month and will more than likely bump me to someone else... I am so glad she did! Sara(h) is GREAT. She's very sweet and does an excellent job. My lashes are beautiful. I am very particular about my lashes and I personally will only go to Sara(h) for my fills. I don't wear makeup often, so my lashes look great even after two weeks. It's important to know how to properly care for them, and they give you instructions on "how to" after your 1st visit. So yesterday I called and talked to their receptionist and rescheduled my appointment Friday from 11 am to Friday 5pm. Their receptionist forgot to reschedule, so I call back and the new girl VANTRAN tells me that there's nothing they can do about it. Then i tell her it is not my fault that their receptionist messed up and VANTRAN tells me to come in at 5:30. I DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE FROM LA get there exactly at 5:30 and VANTRAN which was sitting on the couch doing nothing, makes me wait 30 minutes to pass me. She passes me into the room and questions me about which receptionist I spoke to. I describe the lady and she tells me that there's nobody working there like that. Basically telling me I lied, then she looks at me and tells me "I was supposed to be going home, and now I have to stay for you" like what kind of customer service is that ?! She is the one that told me herself to come in at 5:30. I am never coming back here again. The entire staff is lovely except VANTRAN, but needs to say her customer service was so horrible that she truly messed it up for the entire company. read more
