I went 2 weeks ago to get my lashes done and when calling in today to schedule a fill the receptionist said they have nothing available until 2 weeks from now and I'd have to pay full price because they no longer allow fills out 4 weeks . Wait what ?! Okay that threw me off already because I was calling after 2 weeks to schedule a fill but I am being told I'd have to wait 2 weeks more and I will HAVE to get a fresh set . ALSO WANT TO NOTE NO ONE NOTIFIED ME TO BOOK MY FILL APPOINTMENT WHEN I WAS AT CHECKOUT Like the receptionist claimed they do. So I was like okay, whatever , schedule me . So then she looks at the date (2 more weeks out) and asks for a deposit BUT mentions the spot is not guaranteed because I asked if they could get me in sooner to get me in. THIS PLACE IS TRIPPIN. She said that was the new policy. I was there 2 weeks ago , paid no deposit , went in , paid $140 for my hybrid set (not including tip) and left. It was an easy process . ALOT OF CHANGES since 2 weeks ago I guess. I also asked to speak to the manager (Joana) and since the receptionist hesitated i asked for a good time to contact her and I was told she does not have a schedule . I have been wanting to get my eyebrows done for a while now and I finally decided to just do it! TANYA takes such pride in her work! She maps them out on your face to see what shape/location fits you best. I am so happy with my NATURAL FULL LOOKING EYEBROWS!! I have so much more confidence in myself. Got my lashes done 2 weeks ago thinking I'll get free refill for first time check in offer. Call them and they will not honor it. They said they never do a free touch up, even though it clearly states on Yelp that for first time checkin for 2 weeks it will be free. They offered $5 off for the other check in offer. They honored the $90 eyelash extension two weeks ago since on Yelp it states $90 (instead of the other price they quoted me) on their services page. But they will not honor the first time check in for free refill. I have seen this offer for awhile and was the reason why I was contemplating on getting my eyelash extension and trying out a new place. Apparently they contacted Yelp to resolve it but the offer has been there for awhile now (I thought if you claim the business you have the control in updating/posting Yelp deals??). So they will honor what their Yelp services page says two weeks ago even though they said it has been updated but they won't honor it anymore two weeks later. If you are not going to honor it, it would be best to just get rid of the deal asap. Regardless if you contacted Yelp, I said is still there.... meaning you didn't pursue to get rid of the Yelp deals. Honoring it sometimes and not honoring sometimes is bad business. If you are going to honor it, keep it consistent. If you don't like it, then please update your services page and Yelp deals from your business. Eyelashes service from two weeks ago: the person who did my lashes did a good job. This review is reviewing on their business practice/customer service and not their beauty service. I loved my eyelashes but minus 2 stars for inconsistency in the Yelp deals and services that are being honored and not honored. read more

First time at Glamour Lash this morning and Irene did such an incredible job making me look beautiful for my upcoming graduation. Not only did she do an amazing job on my lashes, but she was so sweet and went the extra step to make sure I was comfortable the entire time, checked in to see how I liked the fullness of my lashes, and took extra time to educate me on how to take proper care of them. This use to be my "go to"place for my eyelashes, recently found out that I was getting ripped off. They told me they were using individual eyelashes but turns out they use cluster eyelashes which damages my own eyelashes.I'm very upset and disappointed because I trusted them, I guess for them it's all about doing things the fast way rather than what Customers ask for which for me was individual eyelash extensions. They want to rush through their appt. and to do that they used CLUSTER EYELASHES...Honestly I would NEVER EVER go back here again because for me this place is all about making money than customer service and doing what customers asked for. This place just lost a customer.. I was a returning customer and got the Groupon deal.. I kept Going back for my two week fill. The last time I went my lashes came out in a week.. the glue sucked so bad that I was left with almost none.. notice it wasn't even two weeks that my lashes were on. So I called them to schedule an appointment and SPECIFICALLY told them my lashes fell off. They told me they were going to charge me $50 for a fill.. I drove (waste of gas) to the place.. they took me in the little room to start getting my new lashes... the manager then comes in and said they were going to charge me full price. While I was laying down with my eyes closed.! HENCE, that is not what they told me through the phone.. So I got up and took off..! You really going to increase your price as soon as I am laying down.? And she had the audacity to say " well it's not fair for the employee to work and hr and a half on you for only $50" Very bad customer service.. they do not .. I REPEAT.. DO NOT honor the price they give you.. it was not my fault the glue sucked so bad.. that my lashes fell off and I had to return so soon.. and. to pay full price again .? So ridiculous.. Another thing.. the receptionist/ manager.. is rude and criticizes the customers.. heard her saying something about a girl who wore short shorts.. so rude and unprofessional.. Don't believe the hype. I only believe she's getting these reviews because inland empire doesn't have what OC has and they are way cheaper. Yes I've checked out her product and its the same exact lashes and glue. She does have different types but nothing I haven't used. My friend paid the $85 price and lashes are falling all over and she didn't get sent home with glue to reapply like the previous comments have stated. It's only been 1 week. I had to write this review because Tonya did my lashes and they are exactly the same as I get in Orange County but in Orange County I pay half the price. My family is in the cosmotology profession so I do know the difference in products and trust hers are no different. She has different kinds of lashes including the "natural" $85 lash which aren't the real natural ones that go for $200. Just a cheap brand made to fool you into high end. read more

Best eyelash extension place I have ever gone to. I've tried other places and I have come home to find out that my own natural lashes have been pulled out. Emma one of the technician is very experienced, like all the other technician working in this place. The reason I like her the most is because she is straight out honest and tells you if it won't suit your face or if it will pull out your own natural lashes she's honest in saying please don't get it, in her professional opinion (unlike other facilities who just put on lashes even though your lashes are in danger of getting pulled out). I had lashes done at a different establishment, and it was a nightmare. The glue was placed too low and it felt as if I had glass cutting into my eyelids until I was able to get back and have them removed (I left town the day after they were applied). But I read good things about GlamourLash, and found a super LivingSocial deal, so thought I'd give it one more try. I had Christine do the lashes and I could tell as soon as I went in that things were different. She was doing one lash at a time, and it took much longer to do. She had a protective plate on my lower lashes, and it was completely comfortable. She asked how I was feeling as we progressed. There was NO discomfort at all while it was being done. The lashes were more natural (mink) and a great length for someone who wears glasses as well as contacts. As I got up to leave, I waited for the itching and pain to start. There was none! It was fantastic. Christine did a FANTASTIC job. In two weeks I went back for a fill. Yes, the lashes come out with your lashes...that's what will happen with this procedure. But they look super, feel great and I am now a long-term customer. The customer service is great. It doesn't take long to get appointments, and they are very polite. Wonderful place! read more

I usually do not like to leave bad reviews, but I thought I had to share my experience. Yesterday was my first time coming into Glamour Lash. I just moved to the area and decided to give it a try since it was nearby. I have had my eyelashes done in the past by two other places in different states. Usually when I have had my eyelashes done in the past they do both eyelashes at the same time and then dry them and I am done. When I had my eyelashes done here, I was helped by Linda. She did one eye at a time which I didn't mind. I thought she was gentle with the eyelash placement compared to the other places I have gone. I was really excited because I thought I had found my new eyelash place. When she did my first eye, she had me open my eye and the eyelashes were stuck to my bottom eyelashes. This has never happened in the past. She began separating them which hurt a little bit, but I still did not mind. Then, I had to hold the fan myself to dry the eyelashes. When she did the second eye and had me open it, I felt like some of the glue got into my eye and my eye began to tear. After I was done she showed me the eyelashes and I thought they looked fine. I was still planning on coming back and giving them another chance, until I got home and looked at my eye that began to tear during the appointment. My eye was really red and it began to hurt. This morning, I woke up with hopes of it not being red, but it was still red. I had read previous reviews before coming here and thought the good outweighed the bad. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here and will not be coming back. As far as how long the eyelashes last, I can not rate them on that. read more
