Prices are actually pretty competitive and I like that they make their own juice in-house. I usually smoke fruit flavored menthol, but I decided to try their happy ending salt nic at 18mg. The guy at the front desk was cool and helpful, but man I really hate this juice. It tastes like flavorless hot air and I can't detect any menthol at all. I'm not sure if it needs to steep or what, but I'm probably going to toss it. I might go back and try something else eventually but I'm not in any rush. Updated on 11/7/23 - Decided to take a trip back to swap out the juice and I'm glad I did. The owner spoke to my wife and I about the intentions of the shop being to provide quality fresh vape juice that tailors to each individuals preference. I met their mixer of 10 years and he provided some suggestions that we ended up taking. It was nice to meet some of the people behind the scenes, and receive customer service that went above and beyond the norm. I'll be telling everyone I know about this place. Decided to try this place out since they had a coffee flavor my wife wanted to try. Asked my dad to pick up a variety of juices for us since he lives closer to the shop. My dad had them read my text of exactly what I needed. I ended up have to go back to exchange them because I was given a 5mg instead of a 50 mg salt nic. Although the staff was extremely kind and let me come back to exchange them it was quite a hassle since I live in Spring Valley. They did add an extra flavor for the inconvenience which was also very nice of them. 5 stars all the way for the exceptional customer service. I've been a loyal customer of this place for years but had to write a review due to the terrible customer service I had today. During my work shift today, on my break I called Pink Spot to place an order. They were busy so they placed me on hold. After 4-5 minutes of holding with no check-in, I had to clock back in so I hung up. I gave it five more minutes and called back, this time Shelby answered the phone, I told them I hung up after waiting, taking responsibility, to which Shelby reiterated they are busy but with a little tone. I work in customer service so I let it go, every one has a bad day, so I waited on hold. Another 5-6 minutes went past with no check-in, so I hung up. I gave them a few more minutes and called back and Shelby answered again, but this time she began to tell me about how I was "making it harder for her by calling back and hanging up". I informed her I only did that a few times with gaps in between because I'm working to which she then began speaking over me. At that point I had had enough and asked for a manager. I've been coming here ever since Corbin was a manager and have never had service like this. If these are the people working the opening shift then maybe reconsider the staff at that time or get more. read more

This is my local vape shop and I have experienced nothing but great service from them. During the pandemic last year, they delivered the juice to my home periodically when I was not able to go into the store and never experienced any issues. I started going back to the shop this year to buy my juice and gear, still get the same great excellent service. I order my juice and by the time I pay, the juice order is finished and I'm ready to keep it moving. Recently, my box mod died and had to buy another and a back up. Wanted to be a regular customer to this vape shop due to me moving in this area but sadly it won't happen. I bought a smok fetch mini and some of their juice but literally could not take a single good pull from the fetch. Every pull tasted like cardboard with a little bit of flavor. I wasted 3 of the Nord coils and 1 RPM coil thinking it was the coils that were just bad, so I tried the juice in another vape and it was perfect. Came back to the shop to explain my troubles with my fetch mini and sadly no resolve. My old vape shop (rock n vape on Charleston) gladly would've replaced or exchanged my device. Lessons learned. So some time has passed and the BF and I have gotten into vaping ourselves and decided to come try the juices this time, instead of our last visit of purchasing for someone else, his mom. (FYI, she ended up not liking her menthol in the end). So we try a bunch of flavors and narrow it down to 3 flavors - Cantaburry Crush, Pink Spot, and Gummy Bear. The samples they use are at a nicotine 12mg when you are trying so keep that in mind. For us there is a harsher throat hit with more nicotine, but oddly the 3mg was just about the same feel when using the Pink Spot and Gummy Bear one. We got the Cantaburry Crush with zero nicotine and that was fine and smooth and both our favorites. I think they might've been a bit heavy handed with their nicotine. One benefit of this place is that if it's not quite what you want, take the juice back and they will dial back or boost up the nicotine, add flavor, etc for free to get it to where you want it. Some places have a you mixed it, oh wellsies type policy and some will probably help you if it's that bad, but this is the first store I've been told I can do this before something goes wrong. It's SO simple, but is going the extra mile to tell a customer, please don't hesitate if it's not right. Cost wise, it's a few dollars more than a few of the other custom mix juice shops but still not absolutely out of bounds. Prices break down as such 6ml $5.95, 12ml $9.95, 30ml $22.95 120ml $69.95 or 6 6ml variety pack for $29.95. Since the store is in the North and Vegas suffers from the anything not on their side of town is too far disease, you can also order everything online as well. We also got a few tanks for these new flavors here, the ismoka mini bcc tanks. I just dont like the smoke tip compared to a round one and it has a smaller tank than most but the draw is good from them. This is probably the best carto/ bottom coil you'll find. Seriously. I prefer the mini over the larger (bit tighter draw), but both have been the most consistent ones we've found so if you're starting off this is a great affordable BCC to start with. Plus also is you can get either 2.5 or 1.8 ohm replacement coils though the default in the tank you purchase is 2.5. Customer service here I feel is always good. We've always had someone friendly and willing to take the time with us. This visit was definitely in line with the good service we've had all previous times and we've now dealt with a handful of different people working there. It's not my favorite juice, but their variety is wide so I will probably be back. I just know this is somewhere I prefer to get it at a zero, just for flavor than any nicotine. I feel for a beginner, it's a clean inviting friendly space and is not intimidating to come in and try a starter. For me, I've moved on to another level of things like mechanical mods and trying various juices so the store sits at a A-OK for me. One of the guys did say they were thinking of stocking more US made mechanicals and doing a few building type workshops. If they did, I feel this would be a store with much more hold on the vaping community and I would probably come here more. read more

I give PinkSpot 1 star for the failure of 2 batteries, without cause, and a return policy that does not care about a long time repeat customer. Bought my first setup there, nothing crazy just a small setup to help me quit smoking. Friendly service. 6 months later my battery stopped holding a charge and basically stopped working. Just to let u know I take good care of all the things I buy, especial electronics. I understand things break so I went there to buy another. Unfortunately they have a 30 day no hassle return policy but since it has been past that it was void. No biggie. I bought another. Fast forward about 4 months later AGAIN this battery failed me. Button would engage and when I plug it in no charge. I'm upset at this point, go back to Pink Spot and they basically reference there battery return policy. . I'm out of luck. Why does a company even have to have a 'return policy for batteries' specifically? Are they prone to failure. Apparently so and I am more angry at the fact they did not even bother to help me exchange for another one. I strongly feel I should not have to pay but BE WARY OF ALL PINKSPOT batteries. All I did was want another replaced as I feel it is not my fault. They wouldn't so now i am here typing this. Long story short. 2 Dead batteries, over 40$ dollars lost, and a strict return policy that does not care that there product failed me without cause. read more

Came here with my friend to check out their flavors. It was a bit of a drive from Downtown Las Vegas...so if you're staying on the strip, its an even further drive. Its in the corner of a huge plaza. Parking lot is huge, so that shouldn't be an issue. As we walk in, were greeted right away - Wes helps us with a menu and what they have as samples. He does a very good job of describing the flavors to us and helping us with what we want. Prices are comparable to smaller shops in LA. Flavors are good, nothing special really. But I do like the "Nutty Buddy Cookie" (which is a Nutter Butter). I havent been able to find anything like it in LA. In the end I got a sampler pack: 6 bottles of the 6ml and any flavor you want for $29.95. Nice place, the employee we got was really helpful and knowledgable of the items they had. read more

She told me she didn't feel I needed that information. I then asked her to speak to her manger, and she proceeded to tell me that her mangers were out and that she didn't know when they would be back for the day. In this experience all I was coming in for was some refills on some vape juice. I asked her a couple questions about what she would recommend and if she was also a huge vape smoker. She must've thought I was being rude myself. But I was just trying to make small talk with the women behind the counter as she seemed to not be pleasantly having a good day herself. I walked into pink spot the other day and there was an older women who looked like she was in her 40's with black hair. Her name was Sonay, let me just start by saying her demeanor was very rude. I asked her a couple questions about some of the products and she seemed to not want to answer any of my questions. She then slammed one of the E-Liquid Flavor, the blueberry cobbler one on the counter. After that encounter with her I walked over to my husband and told him I was ready to leave. Came into the shop today to buy juice and a replacement coil for my vape. They didn't carry the specific coil for my vape and gave me a baby beast coil. I pulled my bad coil in the car to make sure the fit was right, and it wasn't, no big deal! So I walked back in and explained the sizes didn't seem to match. Both employees apologized immediately, felt like they really cared. One employee gave me a coil from his own personal stash, and to my surprise the other gave me a full refund. Reflections from my 7/25/13 review: After thinking about my initial review, I have to say I was a bit upset. Disappointed more than anything. However, I feel it's not fair to rate this business from 1 bad visit. Maybe they weren't having a good day is what I will believe. I strive on positive energy and I wasn't feeling it from Pink Spot that day. I hope they learn from their mistakes as we all do. The store is very nice. It just needs better customer service once in a while. Went in with my sister-in-law on 7/25/13 who happens to be from out of the country. We were greeted and helped by Brandon. He was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, a real customer service gem. He should really be considered for the position of store manager. We purchased over $400 worth of kits and juice. Since my sister-in-law is from out of the country she stocked up on the juice and tips and purchased two kits. We also asked Brandon to create 2 different transactions due to a customs issue, since if you spend over a certain of money, you get raped with taxes once you get home. Brandon said no problem! When he did this for us, he mentioned a promotion that if we spend over $150.00 we would get a free bottle of 30ml juice. We said great! We never noticed the small sign! At this point everyone was happy :) He then comes back to tell me that the store manager had told him we could only get one free bottle and not two. So I asked him to ask the grumpy looking owner that walked in, to please reconsider. C'mon people...It's a $400 dollar sale (CASH!!!!) And your 30ml of juice costs you $3.00 to make! Brandon came back saying the owner said no but gave us some PSV bracelets and a deck of cards! Really?? Brandon was apologetic. He has more sense of Customer Service than the owner and manager. I guess I could have easily grabbed the money from my sister-in-law and made the other purchase myself but I never ever thought it was necessary. Terrible. I don't even live in Vegas but for damn sure I won't visit this place again. I go to Vegas to see family. Have been curious to try vaping but had NO CLUE where to start. Thought this place would be helpful in getting me started. I guess not. We walked in and the place was busy. People standing by the door but no one was sure where the line was. We walked right in and were looking at the merchandise in the cases only to realize it was assumed we were cutting in line. Um....no. Didn't even KNOW there was a line. Strike one. Strike two. We finally chat with other folks in this "line" and determine we need to get IN the line. So we do but were really curious about the merchandise and had questions. If you're going to anticipate a lot of traffic, maybe some guidelines or a number system so your customers know wth is going on. It would be helpful if you can grab a number, put your name on a list, SOMETHING to hold your place but still be able to browse. As it was you couldn't really browse because the customers were all blocking the cases. Anyway.... Strike three. Each cashier after helping a customer would shout out "NEXT!" which was kind of rude. At least TRY to have some customer service skills. We're people, not cattle. Geez. Strike four (and yes, usually three and you're out but this place exceeded in being a waste of my time). Once we were "up" to be helped the girl was very short with me. I told her I had no idea about vaping and came in for some education. She promptly spouted off the price of the starter kits in the case in front of her and then directed me to follow her to a second and again, spouted off the prices there. I asked a few questions which she answered in an irritated tone. I don't want to know prices, I want to know how it works, how long the battery lasts for, etc. etc. etc. Like I said, I announced to her from the beginning I was needing information. After my 5 min interaction with her, I thanked her and walked out the door. Not only were they overpriced, they were rude, unhelpful and irritating. Me and my $200 I had allotted myself to spend as had my friend went to another shop where we gladly spent our money. This place stinks and I have no idea why it was so busy unless it was just folks coming in to by the e-juice or if it's the only one in this area. I'm writing this review based on what happened on May 16th with Pink Spot Vapors. First of all, I have been a devout and loyal customer to them for the last 5-6 months. I live on the SW end of town and for me to drive 30 minutes each way to get there speaks volumes. The day started by trying to order online. This is where the problem began. I was trying to purchase $70 worth of E-juice, but then at check out, my 10% off code of "fblike10" (for liking them on FaceBook... hey if that doesn't sound like a bribery... I don't know how else to explain it) DID NOT WORK. Still carrying along, I try to checkout. Then the SQL crashes and the site goes down. What do I do? I call the store to directly do a phone order. First girl that I spoke to, challenged me about how the site was down... (sorry, been a web developer for major corporation for 15+ years... getting challenged by some layman was bad enough)... but leaving her name out because she wasn't so bad in the end. Anyway, I asked her if she could honor the "fblike10" promo, she said she'd ask and get back to me. 3 hours later, another girl got back to me saying that she can. However this time, instead of having it shipped out to me, I asked her if it was possible to purchase the order with the 10% off, and if I could pick it up in-store instead. She didn't have an answer, and just like the first girl, told me she would get back to me. Moments later, Tyler, (surprisingly the store manager), calls me back. Telling me that the 10% off code is for online orders only. So that it offsets the shipping of $5.95. I asked him if it was written in the policies that the 10% off is for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY... his answer, NO. So I argued saying that if I had to LIKE them on FB to get this discount, it shouldn't matter, if it was online, or in-store. Now we somehow got through all of this and came time to calculate how much I would be PREPAYING them so that I can pick up the order TOMORROW. 5/17/2013 I went back to the PSV website to do the calculations. But the calculations were wrong on their shopping cart. Tyler admitted that there had been ongoing problems with the website and to not base the calculation on what is posted on the site. BUYERS BEWARE... if they are not posting a correct price, are you underpaying or in worst case scenario, OVER PAYING??? Then because I got technical with TYLER, he decided to say these words... (which to a business owner like myself, is like hearing someone scratch the freakin' chalkboard with a vengeance)... "THIS IS BECOMING TOO MUCH WORK" WOW... all I can say is WOW! I then told him, that whenever I go in to their establishment, there are people in line, and some people (vaping newbies) taking 30 minutes or more of their staff's time.. IS THAT TOO MUCH WORK? Because they seem to be joyous and gay crowd that can't wait for the sale. Honestly, they should have one of those gigantic BELLS that they ring with pride everytime someone buys something. He said that THEY ARE TOO MUCH WORK TOO. That's just WRONG. It made me sick to my stomach that I had purchased from them many of times, each purchase $100 or more. I then said, compared to the 30-50 minutes someone could spend with their staff in-store, my 10 minute phone conversation isn't SO BAD. I then asked him if he would say these same words, earshot of the owners and he said YES. Now either that's really stupid or just plain RUDE. If I was the owner, he would be so fired... because... RESULT IS: I cancelled the entire order and told him that I would come in to see SANDY the owner on MONDAY just to tell her this whole story without making any purchase. OH and FYI, there are couple nice ladies online that sell the same things that PSV carries on their website. Their so-called "GAME CHANGER" cartomizer. PSV price $19.95 for a box of 5. Other sites $10.99... that's almost a 100% markup... TRULY AMAZING. If you're a fan of PSV, wonderful. I used to be. As for me, I will go with this to YELP, TRIP ADVISOR, and any other major review sites. It's only a matter of time that you may become totally disappointed at their level of customer service. PS - In conclusion, I realized that when I WALK IN to the store, they recognize me and know that I'm a spender, so they all royally kiss my butt. But since they didn't realize who I was on the phone, they treated me like crap instead. As far as the store goes, it's a very clean and posh looking store. HOWEVER, with the manager being the way he is, they deserve a POOR rating because the store is as UGLY as the people they hire. read more

My experience here was not as great as I had expected. Maybe because Vape Revolution back home set my expectations for vape stores. First of all, the gentleman that helped us was totally zoned out. We were looking at the list of flavors and he was just uninterested in helping us, couldn't offer a sample of flavors, nothing. And when my husband asked if he can try a flavor, the employee, monotonous and all, said it wasn't available. We were looking at the extensive list of flavors for about 10 minutes when my husband finally asked if they had a list of what flavors were available to sample. He could've at least offered it the minute we got there, they specialize in ejuice for crying out loud! He wasn't necessarily "rude" per se, but he was just very unhelpful and came off a little lazy. Anyway, the flavors are great and all, but because it's totally far from the strip, it's better off to just order from them. read more

Though I no longer live in Vegas, I'm from there & travel there often for work. This place is conveniently located near the area of town where I spend most of my time when in town. Additionally, this is the place I started my vaping journey a year and a half ago. The venue itself is absolutely lovely. The ambiance of the lounge area is comfy, chic and trendy. The staff is nice and helpful. The store also has a TON of their signature Pink Spot flavor options and allows you to try some of them. So, why only the 3 star rating? The answer--I've upped my vaping game. I've gotten into mods and found a different line of liquids that I absolutely LOVE more than anything Pink Spot sells. I also have found that their mod selection is limited and overpriced. Out in the rapidly growing vaping world, there are better quality vaping mods & materials that aren't as expensive but that are also of better quality as the ones found at Pink Spot. Additionally, the quality of their juices has become mediocre, at best, given the fact that I have found another line of juices that, in my experience and to my taste buds, is far superior to those at PSV. I, admittedly, do still purchase a couple of their flavors. My Pink Spot flavor favorite is Black Mamba on the rocks. ("on the rocks" means with a hint of menthol). I also like their Frozen Lime Drop. Both are great flavors. But, I use them more of an occasional treat or as a mixer for other juice flavors. While I think this is a great place for beginners, I feel that experienced/serious vapers will outgrow this place. The liquids will become too sweet and syrupy, as they have for my taste. They are too heavy, which makes them less than optimal for every day, consistent vaping. (This also makes it less than pleasant to vape because the liquids tend to get clogged up in coils & other crevices of modified devices.) So, while I think it's a nice store for beginners to chill & vape. You serious vapers wouldn't be satisfied with the products. read more

I tried out a few flavors here with the help of a nice and patient lady that i cannot remember the name of.. SORRY!! i ended up getting the Cantaberry Crush, "on the rocks" because i love my menthol, and wow does it taste great. the ambience is something more of a stop by, order your juice and leave. I like to sit, relax and talk to other people. My couple visits to pink spot were good, i sat down to vape a bit on the lounge couches, but no one sat down so i figure they were in a hurry. Nothing to knock a star down of course. But if you're like me, i wouldn't lounge around here ahaha. Overall a great experience, customer service is great, flavors in my opinion are great, i'm a satisfied customer, if im on Pink Spot's side of town, ill stop by to grab one or two liquids. read more

Yum! Vaping!! The craze phase for both young and old. Pink Spot at 215 and Decatur is a small shop full of pricey e-cigs and ejuices. They have exactly one couch, and a set-up that reminds you of a jewelry counter. It's very clean and very pretty! There was a bit of a line when we arrived. The line was unorganized and hard to find. They should probably use some kind of line-aisle-separator, but currently they don't. So figure out where the line is and get in it! Because you won't be served otherwise! The salespeople are only really expecting to sell, they give out information as you're buying. So if you're only looking for information, I suggest you go the moment they open so you may ask them all your questions. When I bought, it ended up being a bit expensive and my cashier gave me a free stand and ink pen for my buy, which was nice :) They are largely an online company, but offer a little bit more product variety on the shelves. The juice itself was a little disappointing, me and a friend ended up trying 20 flavors and I really only liked 5--with Black Mamba being the best. This was really convenient and it was a really nice customer service experience, but you can buy cheaper stuff elsewhere! read more
