I wouldn't bother going here. There are better vape shops around here. They do not respect deals or promotions that they themselves offer in the first place. Normally the service is good, and the people are nice, but this is the second time I have bought coils from them when I have told them the specific tank I need them for and the gave me the wrong one. To top it off the previous correct purchase which was on file that the employee saw to confirm the wattage and still gave me the wrong pack. As an over the road trucker, it's really irritating to find out when you are two states over and need to change your coil. read more

The price for the e-juice I got was a little higher than I usually pay but the gentleman at the store was very nice and when he noticed I was looking at something in the case by the door on my way out he came down to tell me about it, take it out of the case and out of the box so I could really see it. I've been to this location many times and every time I've been met with outstanding customer service. All of the staff I've met have been polite, friendly and helpful. I initially went because I had been going to a different shop for a while and got burned out on the one flavor I really liked so I was looking for a new all day vape flavor. This place as MANY great juice options. My go to here is Bombsicle and Castle Long (Five Pawns). If you want to try out new flavors they are super friendly. I haven't been to any other location since finding this place. They have a loyalty program and I've already gotten a few discounts on my juice purchase. Very comfortable for pretty much everyone. Unless you're said punk clouding up stores. Liquid and and hardware selection: they only mess with the best. All industry leading brands. Hearing how closely they work with brands they carry, they are in it for the long haul. This was built to carry the best and only the best. No hype devices or liquid. Just all reputable brands. That simple. Last but certainly not least. The customer service here is like no other vape store, or unlike anything I've ever seen. Hearing the staff over the last 3 years I've been coming ALWAYS impresses me. They're professional and always polite, but have their regulars that come in and it sounds like they've been friends with for decades. Hearing stuff at other places like "is that all for you?" I have been having the best experiences at this little-known vape shop. My most recent was an issue with a big baby tank that I recently purchased from them. For some reason or another it was not reading on my atomizer. I brought the tank back up to the shop and Dillion found a old tank and replaced several of my connectivity points to get my tank working. They could have just told me not to screw my tank on all the way and to vape like that but Dillon went above and beyond, pulled out a toolkit and went to work. Vapeco has been my go to stop and shop for all things vape the past few months and for good reason. I usually go to the Summerlin location on Sahara but sometimes when I find myself in NLV I stop by this location as well. First off the store is very well kept. Clean, organized, and pleasing to the eye. Everything is easy to spot and you can see all juices and mods displayed neatly behind the respected counters. The staff is also very friendly and always so helpful. They genuinely care. One employee in particular named Josh is always so respectful and informative every time I come into this location. Even when I come in simply for new coils he is always smiling and casually makes conversation. In Vapeco you don't feel as if you are talking to an expert, but a good friend. Next would have to be the pricing. Vapeco is always sure to have the best prices and deals for all vape user needs. Everything is priced at a normal market value or lower. Not to mention they have some pretty insane deals and promos on juice and accessories pretty frequently! They also have a rewards system in place to really allow you to get the most bang for your buck. I do use Salt Nic, however one would think with a name like Vapeco they would have a better selection. The staff was ok, not very friendly, seemed more irritated than friendly. Yay!! This is a dream come true! I have been going to the Vapeco on Sahara for over a year now, which is a solid 35 minute drive from my house, and now this location is only 3 minutes away! The store is set up exactly the same, and is just as clean and pretty! The staff is super friendly and just as educated compared to the other location. Greg is my favorite! I swear, they have the biggest selection of juices in Vegas. I could literally sit there all day trying them! TO THIS DAY FIVE PAWNS IS STILL MY FAVE THOUGH! Ps. I've always been a smoker and I really needed to find a fix that would help me rid the bad habit. Someone told me about vaping and I thought I would give it a shot. I was hesitant to start because I didn't want to walk into a store and have people try to rip me with of how little I knew about the vaping industry and try to sell me something that wasn't well suited to my needs and wants. All the rave was about Vapeco, with this second location being so conveniently located to my house I thought I would give it a try. First impression, wow! This place is so nicely put together and clean. I immediately felt welcomed with all smiles across the room and great attitudes from the staff. I believe that Kevin helped me, super friendly and unbelievably knowledgable about the endless amount of juices to choose from. Bonus, juices are all made in the U.S.! I also got a super cute purple vape that was more than reasonably priced. :) If you are thinking about switching over to vaping, don't think twice about it. AMAZING! I have been a customer at VapeCo at their first store on Sahara since they opened! But it was all the way across town. No matter how many e-cig stores I passed along the way, there was absolutely no way anyone else would get my business! They are in a league of their own in the Vape industry. So when I found out that there was a new location opening just down the street in North Las Vegas, I was absolutely pumped! This place is absolutely stunning! Exact copy of the first store! Do not waste your money here. I just bought the ZEUS AEGIS LEGEND a couple days ago. With no prices listed in front of the vape, they told me it was 130.00. I bought it. Mine was falling apart. I went home and checked online. I could get the whole kit for 60 bucks!!! I called them and they wanted to say that wholesale is diff from retail. And that I have to factor in shipping. What kind of garbage is that? Please dont waste your money here. Do your research first. I checked at least 5 diff sites that was selling it for retail price of 65-50.00 for the whole kit. I waited to post this review too see how my experiences played out. First the good. The shop is nice and they have a wide variety of products and juice. They also provide a military discount. Now the bad. They advertise as an upscale vape experience but it's better described as an upsale experience. I spent approximately $300 for what I was hoping the best experience for a mod and a tank; plus a few batteries and juice. The tank was described as the best I could get; I wanted to trust their expertise so I went with it. Unfortunately, the tank constantly leaks. I returned and addressed my concerns and they said it was to be expected. I've had other tanks and I knew this to not be the case. They did not offer any solutions replacements, or refunds. This is far from an upscale experience. I tried this place since it is close to base. I will not be returning. read more

I told him what I expected from a starter kit and what I wanted. He hooked me up and made sure that I left with the right mod to get me started. Before I even walked in expected to pay at least 200-300 to get started. I think VapeCo is a good shop and the location is convenient for sure. The crew I've been assisted with here is nice enough, but only 1 time out of the 4-5 times I've been here, did anyone really talk to me much more than "is that everything?". Also, the prices for the juice are higher here than most of the other shops I've been to here in LV and in California as well. I do like that they have the iced Apple here and I don't find it everywhere, but again, the price is steep. No doubt I'll be back - I have nothing bad to say about them, but nothing stands out as amazing either. read more
