She clearly had a completely different attitude towards me as a shopper as opposed to those shoppers in the store of her own ethnicity. Had a horrible attitude from the very beginning towards me while I was shopping. At the end of my trip there was a misunderstanding on a free item coupon I had and had the nastiest snide remarks with everything I had to say and when I asked for a manager she brought another employee who I would assume was the MOD who was professional and pleasant and talked to me as a normal human with respect. I stayed professional and kind towards both the manager and the older employee but was completely discouraged as a customer from ever coming to this location ever again. Hallmark should not have an employee who is prejudice towards a certain race employed. I visited this location on 10/25 in the late afternoon it was the older woman and a younger employee (manager) there at this time.

Update:I quit vaping about two weeks ago. This was my favorite go to place to purchase my juice. So many different flavors to choose from. You will never get bored with buying the same flavor over and over. The juice is made on site no third party juice.The design layout of the place is like walking into the aria casino. The owner put a lot of thought into the design of the store. Time to time the owner will be there taking orders at the store. He is really cool and sometimes give me discounts because I was a regular there. The juice by far is some of the best in Vegas hands down. I've been through many different e-juice brands and haven't had one that can compare to theirs. I will miss this place since I quit vaping. But for my current vapers out there, check the vapery out you will not be disappointed. read more

But he refused to swap it out for me. If anything maybe I should have noticed before opening it, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I asked specifically for Pulse X. Lemonheads flavor ONLY comes in Pulse X. It's not even available in Pulse. I told him I wouldn't be back and would review the store based on my experience but he didn't care. Record your conversation, or check product to ensure it is correct before leaving store. For $23 it seems like he'd want to save a customer and spare himself a negative review, but I guess not.

This place used to be one of my go-to spots because of the convenience, selection, and loyalty program. Unfortunately, my recent experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I came in specifically to use my points for a free pre-roll. I let the bud tender know my intent was to apply my points to an order I had already placed online. The bud tender ran into an issue applying the points, and after coming back, called me the wrong name -- Christopher. My name is David. Not even close, but more importantly, I was then told the system was down and they were unable to redeem my points. I understand technical issues happen, but what disappointed me was that no alternative solution was offered. No manager stepped in, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, and I left after driving 15 minutes specifically for this reward. To make matters worse, my points still show as redeemed despite not receiving the benefit. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands here, I expected a better level of customer service and accountability. This experience, combined with reduced hours and the long wait times that can come with the drive-thru, has made this location far less convenient than it used to be. This place WAS great, and I've had many good experiences here over the years. However, with the current experience and the other options available, I would recommend customers consider other dispensaries where their time, loyalty, and money may be valued more.
