In less than 45 minutes I was contacted and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. As a millennial I appreciated that the communication was text. Got there this morning, they immediately got started working on my car, took less than the 2 hours that was initially planned. I was thankful for the air conditioned waiting room. Arnold's worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with any of that hassle. Windshield is like new. I couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service and quality work! After arriving at the Preston location, the Operations Manager, Sarah Wardley greeted us with a smile and all the assurances I needed to hand over the keys, and wait for a little under an hour for them to replace my windshield, all while being professional and friendly with great conversation. She found the best price for the option we needed, since we couldn't get a repair, due to the webbing being so extensive. I took it in and Tim Hester received it and told me it'd take about 2 hours. I found out that they had a tech quit and they had to go take care of a customer. I understood, frustrated but, hey. When the new manager Robert came to the phone, he told me although they had already closed, he would wait so I could pick up my frame. When I got there, This very nice young man came out, shook my hand, called me by my name, apologized for my inconvenience and gave me my item.
