When you enter, you'll be asked if you were here for the bar or the lounge. The bar is the speakeasy hidden bar in the back that is behind a bookcase. The lounge is the hookah lounge that you see when you enter. The hookah lounge only serves nonalcoholic drinks. But with a great ambience, you can just hang and smoke and talk the night away while having sips of liquid refreshment. If you want an alcoholic drink or feel a little peckish, make your way back to the hidden bar where you can have some fantastic, cocktails, and delicious nibbles. Parking can be a little tough, but I found parking on the residential street around the corner. There is only one restroom: a unisex single room. So don't hold it for too long if it's busy... Hours are incorrect, phone system and online says 6pm open, got there and their sign says they open at 7. Left & got dessert came back at 7pm and they were still in the processes of opening. Came in and sat down and they said their hookah guy was running 1 to 2 hours late. So not only were hours incorrect, they weren't even ready for patrons at their correct time. There were too many people wanting over 10 minutes just to buy a drink. 2) It took 45 minutes to get our hookah, which was not up to par, and 25 minutes to get the right equipment. 3) The Manager and the owner never even gave us a discount for our troubles--just a few apologies and the expectation of full payment. 4) Due to the lack of Leadership and direction, it took too long to address simple concerns. 5) Lastly the hookah wasn't even worth the 200 dollars, we paid to have fun. read more

Great experience on a Monday but curious how they are on a weekend when it's busy. Excellent service for a Monday at 10p. The decor here is very cool, pretty standard hookah setup but they have some cool pieces. I like how their hookah's look, very different shapes and they pull well. Good news: The hostess and my server were super cute and friendly.The place is well ventilated and decorated. I liked sitting in the throne lounge chair and smoking the Gwagon (lemon mint and white peach) that my server recommended. You can also peacefully watch a game here like you're the caterpillar from Alice and Wonderland! Bad news: The lowest cost for a hookah is 44.99 but with the service charge and tip it will actually come to around 70 which seems a tad extreme especially if you are flying solo. As much as i think this place is cute and I love hookah i can't give a good review. It took about 40 mins to get our server to take our order and another 30 just to get the hookah. That's all we got, 1 hookah and water for a party of 4. I expressed how annoyed I was and the server apologized but i like to give the benefit of the doubt at least once. Once we got the bill the server said "I removed the water off the bill, that's all i could do" excuse me??? We have to pay just for water too?? They do bring the water in a Voss bottle but i can clearly see the server fill up that container with water from the sink from where I was sitting.... This place is just ridiculous. This place usually plays hip hop / rap music which I love and that's always what they play. Tonight I walk in and they are blasting country music. I thought maybe it was just one song and they would go back to what they normally play. I was wrong. They played country music non stop and making it louder each song which was miserable for us. I asked the waitress nicely what was going on and she mentioned the owners were here and playing their own music. I get it, it's your place and you can do what you want but don't come in and go against what your business is known for and let down customers. After 10 more minutes I asked the waitress nicely will you please let the owners know we came here for what you normally play and she said she would not. She didn't even seem to care 1%. I immediately ask for the check. $60 with 18% service charge (which is not a tip). I was looking forward to coming here all night and was severely let down. I came here one night with friends who obviously wanted Hookah. We were visiting from NYC. We arrived around 8 PM & the place was not crowded. We saw a rope outside that was meant to maintain a line, but the host was not outside. Therefore, like any normal person we stepped inside & waited for someone to come seat us. The male host was unprofessional & made a snarky comment regarding the purpose of the rope outside was for people to wait there until an employee arrives -- mind you, due to the placement of the line and the door, you can't see from inside if anyone is waiting outside to be let in. If you are going to be host / hostess at least be welcoming as if you are inviting people into your home. The lack of professionalism was extremely evident. Our server was great - all of the ladies were very kind. However, you could definitely tell that the "head honcho" was not everyone's favorite. Per my friends -- the hookah was great though. I would just recommend a more welcoming atmosphere or just spend your Hookah coins where you feel welcomed! read more
