I had priced the whole unit on Amazon but I preferred to Keep the original equipment and just have them replace the glass.

I called the main phone number to see if the Raleigh or Durham office could assist. I was advised Raleigh had availability. After waiting for management to come in after my scheduled appointment to approve the fix - Five and half hours later I had a new AND CLEAN windshield and no left over glue around the front. I was advised that the previous location (Winston Salem) used an excessive amount of glue, failed to position the windshield correctly and among other things.
