I took it to McCain Auto Glass first thing this morning, and by 1:00 PM the passenger rear window was already replaced. They were extremely busy, but the beautiful, dog-loving soul at the front office understood my situation, worked me in, and even sourced the glass right away. When I picked up my truck, the interior looked absolutely perfect -- not a single piece of shattered glass anywhere. Their service was fast, professional, compassionate, and very reasonably priced. I was so grateful for the care and kindness I received that I gave her a bottle of my DoxieGuy BBQ sauce as a little extra thank-you. I truly hope she enjoys it! I had been told by the dealership that the entire convertible mechanism would have to be replaced simply because the actual parts I needed were no longer available. The dealer did suggest this organization as an alternative and when we went there, Carlos was able to easily identify what clips needed to be repaired, allowing us to go out and purchase them ourselves as they are aftermarket. The actual dealership guaranteed the clips were correct, added them and confirmed we no longer needed new top. Just re-glued the existing one. So back to Carlos who quickly fixed the convertible top, taught me the proper etiquette of convertible usage, and even fixed the rear hatch problem that we were having for months while waiting for parts. He said it would be fixed as soon as the top was repaired and well he was right and the dealer.... Not. I probably would've paid anything as I love this car, but the gluing and everything he did was so reasonable and I don't know what else he does, but I highly recommend him and in particular Carlos, who kindly and gently explained everything I needed to understand as the car owner!! So great service, great prices, facility was nice. I don't know what else I can say about them other than if you have an older car or maybe even a newer one, but in my situation, mine is older with no parts being produced.... Carlos guy was a lifesaver.

Although we still disagree about what caused the original problems, Bruce agreed to reinstall my remote start/alarm at no charge. I expected them to reinstall my old equipment, but they actually installed a new kit and also reconnected my dash cam for free. It's been a couple of weeks and everything is working perfectly with no electrical issues. I still stand by my original review because it accurately describes what happened at the time, but I also believe in giving credit where it's due. I sincerely appreciate Bruce reconsidering the situation and DeDona ultimately making things right.
