I had priced the whole unit on Amazon but I preferred to Keep the original equipment and just have them replace the glass.

When I got into my vehicle I looked at the windshield in full disappointment due the filth, cloudy attempt to clean the windshield and the fact they left all these circles on the windshield (which I'm guessing came from a tool used to install back into place). Either way it was dirty and I'm thinking well damn can you have at least cleaned the windshield since it's a NEW windshield. Everything was cozy within city limits - but when I got on Hwy 40 that's when I kept hearing the wind outside on the inside of my vehicle and I had no windows down. When I parked to take a look that's when I saw all the bubble in the front of the windshield and it looked like left over glue or something. I called the manger and he said to bring my vehicle back in and he will take a look at it and try to fix the issue - the challenge was that I don't LIVE in Winston but the rock hit my windshield while in Winston and that made unsafe to drive . I called the main phone number to see if the Raleigh or Durham office could assist. I was advised Raleigh had availability. After waiting for management to come in after my scheduled appointment to approve the fix - Five and half hours later I had a new AND CLEAN windshield and no left over glue around the front. I was advised that the previous location (Winston Salem) used an excessive amount of glue, failed to position the windshield correctly and among other things. Either way if I could change one thing - I would have waited until I could get the Raleigh location vs going to the Winston Salem location - If I could do less than a solid star I would - I would NOrecommend this place PERIODT!

After I was checked in, I was told to hold onto my keys and that a technician would come and get my keys from me. I went and sat in the waiting room. There were 2 other people also waiting. There is about 10-13 chairs, a TV, and a snack area in the waiting room. For the snack area, they have a coffee machine, sodas, and a basket of variety snacks. At 1:02pm, I heard the front desk make an announcement to someone that the 1pm is here. My technician came at 1:04pm. He told me it would be about a 3 hour wait but would try to see if it would be closer to 2 hours. I ended up going for a walk on the greenway that's close by. At 2:30pm, I received a call that my car was ready. After getting the call, I headed back. I checked out with the receptionist to pay my deductible since my insurance covered the rest. I was told not to wash my car for 2 days. The technicians and receptionists were friendly. Service was prompt. I have no complaints!

UPDATE: I left after 35 minutes without ever getting my car serviced--and then had to wait another 5 minutes just so one of the slowest-moving "workers" (using that term loosely) could wipe the paint marker off my windshield that they'd put there in the first place.
