Disappointing Christmas Lights Installation Experience After they reached out to me due to being a previous customer we hired this window cleaning company to install Christmas lights, and it turned out to be a regrettable decision. Also keep in mind we paid $110 an hour for the lights to be installed! Within a week, some lights fell, and when we sought help, they demanded $50 to fix the issue. The blame game began, with them pointing fingers at the clips that came with the lights (brand new from Ace). During installation he asked for tape, we offered various options like nailing or duct tape, but they insisted on using our painters tape. I would expect a light installer to come with the appropriate materials to secure lights. Most people don't even keep their clips or they break. To make matters worse, when we contacted them about the problem, they shifted blame to the product and claimed they only guarantee their work if you use their lights. This policy is absurd, as most customers already have their own decorations. This lack of accountability and refusal to stand by their work, especially during the holiday season, is unacceptable. We had used their services before for window cleaning, but this experience has left us disappointed and determined never to use them again.
